Baron sat in his chair listening intently as the last track of what would be his debut album came to a finish. Pausing to reflect a moment, he then spun his chair around to face his band and his father.
"I think it's done." He said.
They looked back at him nervously. Finally, he smiled brightly...to the relief of everyone in the room.
"We really did good with this guys. I honestly believe that this is the best possible record we could ever make."
Baron stood up and walked across the room to his father who was standing in the corner.
"I owe a good deal of it too you."
Johnny smiled back at him and looked over Barons shoulder to the band.
"You owe everything to them." He said.
Baron smiled and turned back around.
"I owe it all to you guys."
Miller and Alan laughed awkwardly and hung their heads.
"So..." Baron began, "How do you think we'll fare in the industry these days?" He asked.
Johnny frowned slightly and put his hand on Barons shoulder.
"It's not about the charts or the income Baron. We talked about this."
Baron laughed and looked back at the control panel."
"Yea...let's hear it again."
