RUDE - Digital Single



This is the fourth single released by Julia of her debut album 'All You Want To Know About Me'. She's about to start touring next June 26th alongside Cristina Lake, but before it, she decided to release a fourth single of the album, so her fans will get excited in seeing her live for the first time alone, without her fellow old band members from ElectroDeath.

The single will be available, Digitally and specifically on rock radio stations, there won't be a mainstream radio release, due to Julia's label decided to release another 'mainstream radio single' next week, but you'll be able to purchase the song digitally or request the song on rock radio stations. A music video is to be shot next week too, but rumors are said that Julia is going to shoot a short film which will feature not only this song but also with the other 'mainstream radio' song, yet to be released.



Song Description: This is rock song with influences of grunge sounds. There’s a guitar riff plus a harmonica sound that goes although the song, also the drums are influenced by rock pop songs making the sound more upbeat and commercial then the others instruments played on the song. There’s a mess confusion of sound sin this song, nothing is really regular of follows a direction, and this is due to the grunge influence from the 90s. Julia is singing with so much anger what makes her voice really loud and sometimes gets her out of the tune, but also this makes the song what it really is a fury anthem of someone who really can put you under a heavy stress. The song has bridge moment where Julia mix her voice with several other backing vocals styles, giving another pop feel compared to the rest of the song. Another thing that is clearly perceived is the harmonica plus the electric guitar which compounds the main riff of the song, and this riff is pretty catchy despite it being loud and hard rock stylized. Another cool perceived thing on Julia’s voice is the ironic and angry intonation, Julia is really angry while she was singing this song.

Julia’s Comments: I was going through so much artificial things back in the time I was recording with ElectroDeath. People were telling me what to do, how to do and more stupid then everything, they were telling me that I was totally wrong of doing that way, that I was becoming an old singer. You know I’m not the crying person, I don’t cling to emotional tearful moments, I deal with struggle with all my anger and strength. Really I felt like punching someone that time, if you look up for the song I made with Buzz & Hype for ElectroDeath last album ‘Uncontrollably’ you’ll see what I’m talking about. Just to fit in something I had to fake a disguise, to become someone I was not just to make someone else happy. This got on my nerves. And This song is for everyone that tries to say what you have to think, for everyone that thinks who knows you and keep telling you wrong. Screw them!
