Somewhere in a darkly lit and abandoned warehouse in downtown Vancouver, roughly 80 people have gatherered. A stage has been set up (if you could call plywood over bricks a stage) along with a PA system. The crowd mingles and discuss music; particularly the undergound metal scene. Then, the lights go down. Jay, Tanner, Josh and Brent of Revolver make their way onto the stage to the uproar of the crowd. Their approval echoes off the stone walls. While the band tunes their instruments; an instrumental entitled "Midnight Kenai" from their Stretch Muffler EP plays over the PA. Then....it begins.

With a thunderous snare roll the band launches into a song that is on their recent demo, entitled Smiley Face. The guitar is stacatto and is accompanied by fast drumming and thundering bass. Jay's vocals range from a nasally, vibrato-laden croon to a shrill shriek in the song and after finishing it they delve right into their second song, Walk Through. A heavier song, the crowd turns to a more traditional form of moshing instead of the punk-like slam dancing that was inspired by Smiley Face's Funk Thrash grooves. Walk Through is followed by Life Support, a slow, churning ballad, then the set is ended with Eight Minutes... ; the closing song on their EP. The band throw demo tapes into the crowd before they walk off, no doubt in search of the crooked promoter who had organized the entire warehouse show.

SET
1. Midnight Kenai (over PA)
2. Smiley Face
3. Walk Through
4. Life Support
5. Eight Minutes...
