Auditions
================

How To Auditon -- PM to Audition, those who qualify will
proceed to the next round of auditioning

1st round -- regular PM, wait for answer, put your lyrics
or modeling pictures or acting scene, or dance routine action

2nd round -- wait for PM that announces your entrance
to the second round. Do the same as 1st round, who ever dances
will need to freestyle to a topic

3rd round and more -- final round, do the same as 2nd round,
a few people will be asked to continue more rounds in order
to further evaluate

Training
================

Unless you were scouted into the company, you'll be entered to our
training program. Whether you are hoping to become a model or a singer
or a dancer or an actor, you'll have to train to learn to master all of them

Training Process -- Students will attend regular singing and dancing, composing
will be optional. Modeling and Acting Lessons are also necessary. Evaluation weeks
happen very month where the student will receive a grade for their performances. If a
student is failing they will receive warnings and finally they will be asked to leave
SMTOWN. A few selected students can go as backup dancers or singers during SMTOWN family
concerts as lessons on live performances

Trainee Life -- Trainees will receive a dorm where they'll share with other trainees,
trainees under 18 will be required to attend KENT SMTOWN ACADEMY due to the law. Also.
trainees will be provided food during training sessions, every week students will be
given $50 to afford unprovided food and clothing. Clothing is provided for dance practices,
modeling shoots, and acting costumes.
