Who's taking part in No Shave November this year?

I am, and it's the first time I've really let my whole face go unshaven for this long so far.

I've grown a goatee thingy a few times, but I usually shave my cheeks and what-not because it doesn't grow in very well. Still, it's been interesting seeing the results. I might post a pic later on if I'm not the only one bother with this. lol

Over this way, it's called Movember, and people grow moustaches rather than just not shaving. It makes for some interesting looking people walking around. I don't do it though, because I always have a little bit of stubble/very short beard going on, and I don't like my face being clean shaven...as it would need to be for a moustache.

Good to see I'm not the only one with sparse lip hair.

I can send you some of mine mr Walton. I can grow a full beard in a matter of days.

I shaved my moustache and beard pretty short, but I'm not really taking part. I'm simply preparing for a winter beard I intend to grow over my time working up at Cypress Mountain ski resort. I hope by Christmas to be mistaken in the street for a hobo. Hopefully by April some birds will nest in there.

They've suspended people for it before. And I've had an exam this month so I really could do without a suspension.

when i was in school,we couldnt have it either. i came to school once with the typical teenage male scruff and was sent to the office. there they wanted me to shave with some used razor.i told them absolutely not and had to sit in the office ALL day. on the flip side of the coin,it seems the entire football team had "sensitive skin" and didnt have to shave.

When I was in school it wasn't cool to have a beard, but it wasn't against the rules. In our school newspaper, in the annual awards, my dear friend Murray won the inaugural "Best Beard" award. He was pretty much the only nominee.
