Hannah stays up for a little bit before she falls asleep on the couch.

Scott H had been idle in music for well over a year. He had left Blood of Wecz when he "died". But now he was back. Dots and Crosses hadn't yet taken off, because the band felt that the negative press around his magic reappearance wouldn't be good yet. He hunched back in the chair in his office and lifted his newspaper. He had to get back into the industry. Then he saw the advert, and he was immediately struck by it.

Reading the ad over a few times, Scott eventually put his paper down. Standing up, he fumbled in his pocket for his mobile phone. He looked back down at the newspaper, circled the phone number on there with his pen, and then carefully dialed the number.

"Hi, my name is Scott H. I'm not gonna be arrogant, and assume that you know who I am, but I'm interested in the ad you posted."

Scott H: "Ummm sorry? Look, have I like called the wrong number or something? I didnt kick anyone out of a band dude. This really is Scott H"

"Let me check....umm yup, it's definitely me man. I promise you that much!"

"haha, yes, I totally am. You know when you've been "dead" for a year, it's kinda important to get back on your feet ASAP"

OOC : I don't use this thread, but I'll give it a shot.

Bikki felt strange about calling the number - after all, who would be interested in her? She'd been out of the loop for so long, just been backing Joshy up in all his rights and wrongs, who even knew who Bikitha Hetestein was any more? But still, she wasn't one to wimp out of things, so she went for it. She picked up her mobile and, with shaking fingers, dialled the unfamiliar number.

"Hello? Are you looking for band members?"

"Looking for band members, uh yeah I am."

She paused, scratching where her eyebrows should be. Bikki wasn't sure whether to go the whole hog and throw in the long list of everything she's ever done, or whether the excessive name drop route would make her sound a bit arsey and it'd be easier to just pretend to be 'Bikki' without mentioning any band experience, as if she was just somebody. She decided to go inbetween, mentioning only her most underground work which, despite being a direct offshoot of Moronic Changeling, never got much further than the Bristol rock scene.

"Hi. I'm Bikki," she said, sounding as if she was shrugging her unusual name off, and it could be any of a million Bikkis. "I used to sing and play keyboard for a band called Pyromasochist, we weren't particularly cool. Anyway, we've been split up for a long time, and I wondered if .... you know, you'd be interested in trying me out for your new band."

Brandon: Hey you, enjoying the quiet while it lasts?

Brandon: (laughs) Yeah, I'm still trying to get used to the craziness.
