LEEEETTTTSSS GET READY TO RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMBBBLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEE! Gooooooood evening my fellow fans of Chaos! Welcome to the official Round One of the Chaos Awards numero...three. Anyone else excited? We are! So let's get down to business.
You may be wondering, "wait, didn't Chaos Magazine die?" And the answer to your wondering...ness would be yes! yes it did! But that doesn't matter, we will still bring you your quarterly awards show, without fail!
Point number one - we need some bad ass mofo's to judge this shizz. I will not be picking the judges this time. There will be an application process, in which you will need to send me an email or a PM (I prefer emails if you can, because I lose PMs in amongst all those pages, and there's no search function, but PM if email isn't an option) telling me why YOU should be a judge. There will be EIGHT judges all in all, and you have 36 hours from now to apply! Good luck!
Point Number Two - The man himself, STINSON, will be hosting once again. BUT he will also need a lovely lady to assist. If you'd like to assist in hosting, then please apply (same way as above) stating why you'd like to be considered, and why I should pick you!
Point Number Three - Performers - Also apply as above!
Point Number Four - Wait, read back up! Now continue. We need some categories, rightyo? There are rules too, read them. They come in brackets.....that is not a joke about people having sex with Ikea furniture.

Best Band
Best Solo Artist (male)
Best Solo Artsit (Female)
Best Newcomer (Has emerged SINCE the Chaos Awards II)
Best Artwork (both albums and singles, we are not length biased here)
Best Album
Best Single
Best Live Artist (Both bands and solo artistes)
Best Event (gig/festival/tour/whatever else)
Corporate Prize (anything NOT directly music - Record labels, magazines, management, hotels, pubs, entertainment sites, anything else)
The Oh My God I Would Bone That Award (combining sexiest males and females, not literally combining them, that would be illegal on stage)
Personality Award
Icon - (an award for the huge stars. It can be anyone past or present EVER in TRSG, who do you feel deserves it?)
Technical Ecstasy - (for amazing musicians guitar/drums/whatever, you get the idea)
Special Contribution to the industry - (Something that someone has done to really enhance the industry in TRSG)
AND for (probably) the second time ever, I am bringing BACK, at the end, some OOC awards. I have reasons...oh you all want me to share my reasons...o...k....then. 1. I feel there is nothing better than a good OOC comment on a thread, therefore a good OOC award may be pant tentingly amazing. 2. It was basically number one... 3. There are no more reasons, I summed it up pretty much first time. 4. IF ANYONE THINKS OOC AWARDS ARE A RANCID IDEA LET ME KNOW PLEASE (They will come out of the ceremony, either at the end or in the middle in a "break")
The OOC Awards are as follows -
Best new RP-er (Someone who has come here in the last few months and really made a difference or been exciting and new)
Best RP storyline (this is because people were against voting a death as "Best moment" IC last time around....they PM'd me and told me this. So it can be any amazing RP storyline, collaboration, or anything.)
God you read these forums a lot dude (Award) - (for that nane that is ALWAYS there when you log in)
Most Involved Award (We can all RP, but less people are good at interacting with others....who is the best at getting properly involved and commenting on other folksies stuff?)
(a forum favourite everywhere) Postwhore Award (Who just posts for the sake of seeing those numbers tick over?)

The RP Legend Hall of Fame (I'd like to make a list of all those who have been influential/standouts over the whole time this place has been going (or as far as we can remember), so anyone past present of future can be nominated for this, and will go into the Hall of Fame OOC)

This thread is to be used for PLUGGING (we do not plug in...I'm not being responsible for all you people electrocuting yourselves) only. You May Plug Your Own Artistes ONLY.
A plug DOES NOT mean a nomination
Plugging will begin ON FRIDAY AT MIDDAY UK TIME....look it up in your area if you dont know what time that is for you, but its like 36 hours from now!
Point Number Five - FAO JUDGES - You will nominate people. You may nominate between ONE and THREE people/cds/whatever in each category. You may NOT nominate your own act. Anyone caught nominating their own act will be thoroughly well bloody.... asked to vote again. Please do not start nominating until I say. You may then nominate to your hearts content, but you may want to leave more time to let people plug (I'm looking at you TishaJackson and your last minute plugs every time lol). PLEASE READ PEOPLE'S PLUGS AND DO NOT JUST NOMINATE YOUR FRIENDS OR I WILL BE FORCED TO PRETEND THAT YOU HAVE READ PEOPLES PLUGS AND NOT JUST NOMINATED YOUR FRIENDS. Also, do not post your nominations here, please please please PM them to me. Ta!!
