You sure it wasn't just you being ridiculously ignorant? I pretty much detailed China's activities within the last 20 or so years. Hence, the part where we sell them in other countries and taking money from their economies, and the military build-up part and the space program part. China send their first rocket in 2004, and haven't stopped their activities there since, although have slowed down in recent times. |
