BOOK OF LOVE: CHILL OUT TOUR DATES CANCELED

Since last week, Book of Love and the rest of the Chill Out Tour has failed to arrive at venues and finally we have the reason why. Drummer and Vocalist to the band, Laura Paige took a bad stage-dive during their final show and landed flat on her face, going unconscious for 24 hours. Afterwards, she was diagnosed with a concussion and the tour was promptly canceled on the spot. Laura will get the all-clear for recording and press releases within the next two to three weeks.

Buzz & Hype looking for a choir?!

Production duo Buzz & Hype are said to be looking for a choir of backing singers for an album track collaboration with recording artist Chanel. It is said to be rumoured that the duo who have spawned three number one singles out of four are looking for famous names to be a part of this choir.

Buzz has released a statement;

Buzz wrote:
Yeah, we have a quality track that we have recorded with Chanel. It will be an early track on the album, probably within the first three tracks. We have listened through it several times and have edited it numerous times, we actually have 7 versions of the track now which could be used for the album. We have decided that a choir effect would be something that we could try, and so we are advertising for a professional choir to join in with our recording process. Not gonna lie, it would be quality to have some big names join in as well. It would be quality to have someone like Alicia Lena get involved, but obviously she is a huge star and it is highly unlikely that someone of her callibre would want a back seat role in recording a track. We just want someone to get in touch with us soon!



So the hit spawning Buzz & Hype seem to have found a way of perfecting another track, but will they get the resources they need?!

Recording or Performing Live?
Mia: We’ve only really played in clubs and I didn’t like that, people do stupid things when they’re drunk … I definitely know that. So I prefer recording.
Jade: I kinda get nervous when playing live so I'm more of a recording person.

Morning or Evening?
Mia: Evening definitely, that’s when all the pretty little freaks come out to play.
Jade: I love morning! It's the start of everything and you wake up like a blank canvas waiting for the world to paint you.

What is your worst habit?
Mia: I’m not good at taking criticism. That’s why we never auditioned for a talent show, Nobody wants to see me beat Simon Cowell … do they?
Jade: My sister tells me I put myself down a lot so I guess that's it.

What is your favourite song of the moment?
Mia: Would it be wrong to say one of our songs? … Cassie Summers, Pocket Rocket then, It’s a fun song that doesn’t take itself to seriously, I’m tired of the serious emotional stuff.
Jade: I really love Glamazon's entire album and Aaron Marks as well. They both inspire me to make awesome music and to write better lyrics.

What is your favourite song of all time?
Mia: We performed Whole Lotta Love quite often, but I think Blackbird by The Beatles win, just for the epic melody alone.
Jade: 'Jar of Hearts' for me. I love Christina's voice and the melody as well.

What is your favourite musician/band?
Mia: Right now, probably Aaron Marks, I think the guy is incredible.
Jade: Aaron Marks and Misery Loves Company. I cannot stress how much I love them (Laughs)

What is your favourite movie?
Mia: Uhh, Hot Fuzz? Yeah, that’s pretty amazing.
Jade: Pineapple Express! Genius movie.

What would be your perfect day?
Mia: We went to a music festival a couple of years ago, that was amazing, so just a day in a field watching bands all day long with beer and food. That’s as good as it gets, right?
Jade: Playing some music, interacting with the fans, good food, being with my sister. Just one of those things make me have the perfect day. (Smiles)

What is your best memory of your childhood?
Mia: Pretending to be a Rockstar with my sister in front of a mirror. That was pretty good, I had that Axl Rose impersonation down. I owned it!
Jade: Or the time we skipped school to go to a concert. We got in trouble though but it was fuuun.

Tell us something nobody else knows about you?
Mia: I have no idea, I guess I never really liked the Rolling Stones, I thought they sucked, Mick Jagger cannot sing and what’s with the dancing, he’s like an aunt at a wedding.
Jade: I've read Mein Kampf before, twice. It was very interesting to read it but he was still a terrible, terrible man. I also used to do the little hand signal when I was younger. I've stopped now of course, I just did it because I saw it on tv and my parents quickly told me to stop though.

If you could date anyone in the music industry, who would it be?
Mia: Uhh, probably Aaron Marks, I don’t know, he’s alright though.
Jade: Ummm, I really like Alex Ward...he's really cute and so is Aaron Marks. I feel embarrassed now. (Laughs)

What would be your 3 wishes?
Mia: 1) To make amazing music (we already have), 2) To be universally loved, 3) To live forever.
Jade: 1) Travel all over the world, 2) Make a difference for someone or something, 3) Make music forever!

Would you rather have worldwide success or true love?
Mia: Worldwide success definitely, is that wrong for me to say?
Jade: True love. I want the love in romance novels but it's just a dream I guess...maybe success would be less hurtful?

What do you think happens when we die?
Mia: Nothing, we’re dead. I’d like to think that we become spirits and haunt people forever but I doubt that.
Jade: I think our spirits leave our bodies and we get to be reincarnated into something better. Sounds cool enough though (Smiles)

What are your 5 life goals?
Mia: I don’t set goals for myself, I’ll just take each day as it comes and see what happens.
Jade: I don't have 5, I have one. I wanna make it in the world and be well known.

Lady Raine Barely Walks Away From Car Accident

Layla, mostly known as Lady Raine the head writer for Scoop Magazine, barely walks away from a car accident today. It is reported that she was in a vehicle with her driver, when another car ran a red light crashing it into hers. We can confirm that the 25 year old is okay with only a leg injury. She was taken to the hospital after complaining of her ankle hurting and not being able to walk on it. No other details are known right now but we will keep you updated as soon as we hear more. We hope she makes a full and speedy recovery.

UGENIA BECOMES BB WINNER




Pop singer, Ugenia Watkins (age 21) walked into the house as an outsider and left the house as the winner 20 minutes ago. The 'Aliens' singer developed a relationship with Teen Titans singer, Joey Frankson and had many late night "cuddle up's" with him. She also created many life long friends like Ife Kuku, Mykky, Joshy Firecracker & Kimberley Williams. Ugenia was the favourite to win a few weeks ago but during the course of the series; Mykaylah, Ife, Joey, Jason, Eric and many others all looked as if they were in for a chance at winning. Ugenia was known for her dry sense of humour and sarcastic attitude which earned her many votes to win.

She was joined in the final by her boyfriend, Joey and close friends Ife and Mykaylah. Ife finished in fourth place with 19% of the vote. Joey then left in 3rd place with 22% of the public vote. After spending a short but memorable few weeks in the house, Mykky finished in second place with 27%. Ugenia then left to a cheering crowd, a display of fireworks and with 32% of the public vote.

Joey and Ugenia look like they are solid but will they part after being put back into the real world just like most other TV romances? Or will they stick together forever? All we know is, they go at it like rabbits.

Ugenia is set to release her new single 'Lights' in November.

Independant Woman!!!



R'N'B star Cherise, who is currently busy working on her 3rd album is rumoured to be starting her own independant label.

With the news that Monk on Fire Music is closing after its change in hands and sale the R'N'B star has been hunting round places all last week.

We can also reveal that ex MoFM owner Kyle Smith who died a few months ago had originally left Cherise the label in his will along with a note revealing why which has only been shown to Cherise herself and not made public knowledge... Cherise then sold the label privately banking a stack of cash which she donated most to her charity Mother & Babies Unit.

Original owner and creator of MofM MattY and Cherises' Ex- partner is currently in prison awaiting trial for the murder of Kyle Smith even though he has always denied the allegation.

Reporters have seen Cherise looking at several properties in London and Brighton and a trademark and registration name of AngelMusicRecords has recently been registered according to our sources under Cherises' name.

MIND BACK IN STUDIO TO RECORD NEW ALBUM, EP SERIES DELAYED

So we have good news and bad news for you. The good news: Mind are back in the studio, and are recording a new album as we speak! HOORAY!... the bad news is that Jason Smiths own EP series is now going to be delayed, due to a number of reasons, the biggest one being that Jason reportedly "cannot be arsed". Jason also mentioned recording a new solo record, reportedly being a mix between "Radiohead, Pendulum, Brian Eno, Ferry Corsten and The Postal Service", but, knowing Jason, this will probably never happen.

The new Mind album is reportedly going to be self titled, and some song titles have emerged from the last couple of days, including what the band call their "magnum opus", a 30 minute epic called the "Within Shadows" suite, which is rumoured to be separated into two parts at the beginning and end of the album. Other song titles are "Dawn of a New Day" and "Angular Cuts", although they are subject to change.

This new album will follow months of turmoil for Jason Smith, and his lyrics are expected to reflect this. He has claimed that the sound will be "completely different, completely alien, but it will have elements of, like, Shattered Fairytale or The Juggernaut. I think it will actually give some people nightmares. It's an immense project to undertake, and will be one of the largest albums sonically in recent times. Take the brashness of Free Your Mind, the emotion of The Juggernaut, the slight pop sensibilities of The Aeronaut, the darkness of Shattered Fairytale, the experimentation of Dream Serpent and the soaring feeling you get whilst listening to To Hold All, and you'll have this new album. That's why it's self titled, it's a true reflection of what this band is."

"You will have your heavy-as-frig songs with a ton of groove, your gentler songs that will make you all teary, your huge, epic songs and much, much more. You won't see what's coming. That's it, I'm not going to ruin any more for you."

Stephanie Ortiz Releases "LOVE IN ANESTHESIA"

"Stephanie Ortiz has seen the light and day, with her singles here in the UK and it look like her delivery and reception isn't stopping anytime soon with her new single. "Love in Anesthesia" is the lead single by Stephanie Ortiz off the new album cohesively titled "Parasite". The song was written by "pop rival"/friend Stephanie Fierce (as reported both women are pretending to be enemies on twitter) and produced by underground dance producer Death Icon.

The song begins with an unexpected ballad-like and guitar driven instrumentation delivered with soft echoy vocals by Ortiz, which could probably lead you to think this might be another ballad from the R&B vocalist. However, as you wouldn't think would this couldn't possibly be night club approved, as soon as that first verse ends, the song transforms into a whole new song with a verse provided by "Parasite" (Ortiz's own vocals pitched to sound like a man). According to the official website, "Parasite" (who sounds very 'gangster' and deep on the track) is set to be Ortiz's alter ego. However, before "Parasite" entering the song, the part is introduced by clashing beats which sound similar to the ones in "Flashing Lights" by Kanye West and then the verse is served with throbbing bass and pulsating electro beats that are carried with lighter ones, to give off an an electronically fresh sound. Both clashing sounds are distinctive to the ear, giving off a timeless sort of feel.

As Ortiz continues to sing in a relaxed sort of tone, the song shifts back and forth from light to heavy in the beat department, but it's cohesive and polished enough to be considered mainstream dance composition. What makes the song different is the fact that it isn't safe and could put Ortiz in a whole lotta trouble with her typical fan base, as they are not used to hearing something like this from her. But we on the other hand, are proud to see Ortiz branch on to other directions in music. This could potentially be the best Ortiz song to date."

IS YULIA GOING TO LEAVE ELECTRODEATH?


ElectroDeath has recently conquered the whole world… platinum singles and album, successful tour, good reviews from critics… seems that they’re on a truly fairy tale … BUT like every fairy tale, there’s a big villain behind it…

Money and fame sometimes can bring some issues, and we all know that Magie Lena the main vocalist of the trio has passed some years ago through hard moments on her life… but this time she is innocent.

The fact is that Yulia, the lesbian brunette girl of the trio, has recently expressed feelings that she might be leaving the band as soon as the tour ends… so far we knew that she was working on solo music… but inside sources are saying that Yulia is rebel, and she no longer can communicate with Lilly anymore.

ElectroDeath keep touting till the end of this year, where they’re gonna be promoting a festival in Brazil to celebrate the new years eve on Copacabana, till there we keep reading these rumors…

AIMÉE CHRISTELLE REVEALS EP DETAILS

She's French. She has some strange talk-rap style to her songs. She's hard to understand. Who else? It's Aimée Christelle... oh dear. Although let's look on the bright side, 101 Ways to Kill Yourself with Glitter, Sweatpants & a Half Empty Bottle of Vodka has been relegated from an album release to an EP, that's less songs to deafen all our ears with, hooray!

Aimée's EP cover (above) resembles a messy scrapbook - well at least she knows what it's all going to sound like.

Featuring the singles "IDK", "Until Summer Ends", "Wild Child" and "Almost Dead", 101 Ways... is pretty much full of already heard material. So what's left to hear? There's "Sober Guys", Aimée's new single which premieres tomorrow, as well as "Tortue" which is the final track on the EP.
