I lost the opportunity to see Sonic Youth's last concert and Alice in Chains on the same day because I'm an idiot.
I had the money, transportation and friends to go with.
Can I kill myself now?

Hey, me and a friend were talking and were wondering why Alan Rickman hasn't been knighted when so many other actors have. I heard he was offered but turned it down, any of you over-the-sea-ers have any idea?

I'll ask him at the next All 60 Million British People meeting.

Nah, I have no idea.

Okay, I had six beers last night. And I kind of admitted to some girl my feelings towards this other girl, so that's kind of awkward. But hey, I feel okay about it. Now, if I can just man up and say it to the girl herself, without messing everything up horribly.

a few weeks ago i was in a (minor) car accident and my car now needs a new liftgate and rear bumper...at the minimum.the body shop cant tell until they start taking my car apart what other parts it may need.so i'm looking at at least 2 weeks with a rental...the other guy's insurance was nice enough to fix my car and fully cover a rental. cool, right? not that i like to complain ,but........ the rental is a 2011 gmc yukon. a bloated, peice of shit suv. its gianormous, and drives like you are sitting on a couch, holding your arms out in a driving motion.handles about the same as a couch too.the seats are ok,but get a bit tiresome during my hour long commute to and from work.
i cant believe anyone would willing purchase, and drive such a thing.i feel like such a tool driving it.

i miss my baby sooo much. its near 10 years old,has 120,000 miles and still runs smoother than the suv...

I have to say that the Yukon is a butt ugly excuse for an SUV...but hey, your driving a suburban tank. You can crush all those annoying dawdlers in the fast lane and those timid types who crap themselves on the freeway and drive 30 under the limit.

I cant help but hum the "canyonero" song from the simpsons while driving it.

I do notice people give me a wide berth when im driving the yukon. Nobody is keen to jump in front of it
In my car? In the words of mr dangerfield,"i get no respect".

My Grandma is hilarious. 76 years old, and here are some quotes from Thanksgiving.

When talking about her tombstone, "It should say, 'Here lies Merilyn, Brokenhearted. Tried to shit and only farted'"

"It already has my birth date, and for my death date it says "Yesterday"

Talking about my great aunt whose always uppity and proper, "Roses are red, violets are blue, and I think Sherley needs to get screwed."

Talking about living alone, and her new toilet seat which vacuums closed, "It's pretty sad isn't it? All I do anymore is talk to the dog and watch t.v. When that gets boring I go and watch the toilet seat."

I need to take a camera along with me sometime and record her. These are just the one's I can remember, but there were hundreds of lol moments this year.

LOL! That sounds hilarious. My grandmas are a lot like that too, especially my third one (she's not a lesbian, she's a great-aunt-in-law or something, but I call her my grandma). Their generation, as a whole, seems to be a lot less PC than our parents'.
