Stinson looks at Chantal, slightly shocked. He stands in silence for a few minutes. After a while he holds her hand and takes her out the back to somewhere quieter. He then looks at her.
Stinson: Were...were you serious? Be honest, I don't want you to be just saying that if you don't mean it just to make me feel less awkward.
Scott smiles at Nadia.
Scott: Well, call me elaborate, and a complete nutter with my money, but I kinda bought a studio in London last week to call it Chaos Studios or something. But then I thought, "what can I get Nadia?" so I thought, she can have the studio (laughs). Seriously. And you can call it anything you want to.

She laughs and then hugs her, then turns to Scott.
