THE NEXT BIG STAR?  The New York native that grew up in clubs and soul clubs with her mother, Victoria finally gets the attention she deserves to the signing of Black Cat Records, where many of today's music superstars are singed. Me'Ria Berry grew up in a small town sub-division in Chicago where at a young age she was already influenced by dance and music. Her mother raised her away the funk and soulful music of Aretha Franklin, Etta James and detriots El Green, Glady Knights and even Mariah Carey. Me'Ria soulful sprit and attuide comes from her soulful enviormenet of respect and singing music that will dig deep into the listener's ears and live the lyrics you are singing. Her heart is fulled with melodies of the old school, writings of the new school and music like every school of music ever created. Her big and lightweight voice that is influenced by Aayliah, Mariah Carey and Ledisi will take you on notes of a lifetime to the feeling of urban music starting from Earth, Wind and Fire, The Tempeptions and Beyonce. Her life is a journey to having a father that grew up in her early 20's to now fighting in the army since the birth of Me'Ria. Her family is full if musician- but many RNB singers out there is big, more bigger than her. She writes and compose her own music- being taught by her family to nature and take pride in her craft, make it bigger to her studying at a performing arts school to the grade of thrid to her graduating eariler this year. 2012 is full with music's biggest voices and musicians, can Me'Ria handle the industry or will the industry take her out like no other? Will she be the big star of RNB? Or another girl with worthless talent? |

Pretty Little Friend?
After the happenings of Jade Clarks “boyfriend”, Alex Ward, being photographed smoking Marijuana, it seems as though Jade has moved on. After the picture leaked online, Jade only commented, “Shame..” and nothing more. The two apparently exchanged a few words on Twitter.
She recently took a picture of her with an unfamiliar male, the picture captioned as ”Good Times with the ones you love<3:)”, now identified as Reese Vayer, who is reported to be a “close friend” of the 20 year old. Her and Reese have been seen hanging out together multiple times but she denies that the two are dating. She states, ”We're just best friends that are hanging out with each other, nothing more. There's nothing and never was anything between us.”
After the statement, Jade and Reese were seen going to dinner together and going back to her apartment together as well. Are the rumors true? Has Jade moved on from her bad boy “ex-boyfriend”? Have Jade and Alex even broken up? Should she stay with him? |

RETURN OF POP-PUNK BANDMILES IN MINUTES? Does anyone remember the Pop-Punk/Pop-Rock band Miles In Minutes? Well for those who do you might want to sit up and take notice to this post! There has been a rumor circulating that the band will be making a return to the music scene but only with Mike Schmied(On the right) and Buster Cowings(On the left) as members at the moment. For those of you who remember the band know that they released one album named "RX" and that the band stopped in the record phase of recording their second album which was scheduled to be a self titled release. The rumor began circulating when the old singer(Buster) was asked about the band and he responded "Well Mike and I have been talking and well, if you were a fan then you should be excited." So could this be the return of Miles In Minutes who were one of the most promising up and coming bands or could it be the formation of a new band between the two former band mates? I think we will have out answer soon!WOULD YOU BE EXCITED IF MILES IN MINUTES CAME BACK OR WOULD YOU JUST NOT CARE? TELL US! |

STEVEN BRYANS ARRESTED
Not a word has been spoken of the situation surrounding Miss Vanity's death which was announced on TMZ six months ago, and it seems like we're finally getting some answers. After a lengthy wait and not a word spoken on any sort of funeral, the quiet nature around the whole situation has given fans a tiny bit of hope that their icon could still be alive.
Manager of Vanity, Steven Bryans, has reportedly been arrested earlier today in São Paulo, Brazil, however, the reason behind this is yet to be revealed. Many sources claim that he has been arrested for murder, whilst others claim that the reason is for kidnapping, and that Vanity was seen leaving the location (where he has been keeping her) under a sheet, however, no picture of this has made its way onto the web, leaving many unsure of what to believe as of yet.
Throughout her career, Vanity released 33 singles, 10 albums, and sold close to 100 million records worldwide.

TEEN TITANS READY TO SHOW DARK SIDE ON THEIR NEW MUSIC VIDEO (The Teen Titans on their way to shoot the video for their new single, "No Space")The premiere of the new Teen Titans' music video for their single "No Space", out in two days, is very close and the five gave us some hints about the video. Laurence told: "It's just fantastic, or maybe epic would be better. We wanted to close this epic era of the "Rebellion" album in the same way." And Martina added with a cryptic phrase: "The video has a wonderful meaning too, it's about that sun that always shines after the dark."But it's the always mouthy of the band, Den (whose new solo album "Planet Jupiter" was released on Thursday 22nd) who gave the bigger hint as he said "We all kind of give our dark side in this new video! It's actually incredible and the fans will surely like it. The ending with the castle is the best part of course!"The five also seemed to be very excited for this new year as they said to have a lot planned and a new band's album is the first of the plans, along with solo albums and a new tour. Postscript to return to music? Rumours have begun circulating that the electronic/pop/grime artist is going to begin work on a come-back album, after scrapping over an album worth of material in October 2011 following the closing of the label he was signed to Monk On Fire Music. These rumours have started since it was announced that Postscript would be adding his vocals to the yet to be announced track from Buzz & Hype's début LP ' Time Will Tell'. There is yet to be any announcement from Postscript himself, who announced in late October last year that he was taking an indefinite hiatus to deal with growing alcohol and substance abuse problems building up from the party based life style he had begun to live on a daily basis. Within the update he also said that he would be using this time to become closer with his family, due to a lengthy separation as he followed his dream of becoming a musician. Postscript has also been rumoured to been producing Aaron Marks' EP ' Love Alone', however this is yet to be confirmed or denied by both Aaron, or Postscript.

OFFICIAL: MISS VANITY FOUND ALIVE
Culture Uncut is happy to announce that Miss Vanity was found alive in São Paulo yesterday evening at 19:34pm. It was previously announced six months ago that Vanity had died in a plane crash, but this was all set-up by Vanity's former manager Steven Bryans, who planned in advance and caused the plane to go up in flames himself, killing many of Vanity's entourage, however, the pop singer herself was not in the plane at the time.
Steven Bryans was arrested yesterday evening and has now been jailed. Miss Vanity was with him, and is now recovering in hospital from severe beatings, dehydration and starvation. It is also believed that Vanity is dealing with major depressive disorder, but this is yet to be confirmed.
Miss Vanity's team released the statement, "We're glad to have Miss Vanity back and look forward to updating fans in the future. Right now, she will need all the love and support from her family, friends and fans." |

Weekend set to release debut single in the next few days (Brotherly love [L-R] Dustyn, Billy, Scott, Oscar & Riley being their usual crazy self's) Hot new boy band, Weekend, are set to take 2012 by storm. The group have already made a name for themselves without even releasing a single song yet. Weekend were formed by G2L member Lyrica Ocha as a side project whilst the other G2L's were off doing their own thing. Ms Ocha also manages the group and has 'big plans' for them.
The boys also signed to new and already well known label, Angel Music Records on a 2 album deal. Things are looking bright for the group as it is only 3 days into 2012 and yet so much has happened to them.
The yet to be confirmed debut single is set to be a pop rock tune that will get everyone bopping their heads along to. Weekend have already made it known that they hold a dislike to House and Dance music which is currently the biggest musical trend, so they are already shown that they don't follow trends. Will they be setting them instead or fail and sell out to sell records?
Weekend also spoke to Culture Uncut earlier regarding how they get along with each other. The oldest member of the group, Scott Wellington, said the following;
"Most bands say that they are like family and all get along with no arguments, which we know isn't true. Take a look at Brown Sugar who claim to be best friends yet they are in their 3 line up due to hating each other. But with us we are like a REAL family, we argue, fight, fall out but we still love each other like we're all brothers and would never hurt each other. Also, I think we have a different mix in our group age wise which is a good thing to have so we always have someone older to talk to about problems or a younger one to give advice to. I'm the oldest, I'm 20 so although I may be wild sometimes I still make it my job look out for the boys especially Dustyn who just turned 16, this time 2 weeks ago he was still only 15 years old so we really protect him because we know that once we break out, it is inevitable that there will be nasty comments left on videos and on Twitter and stuff because that happens with every artist. Reported Friendship  Followers of the band Reported Failure know a lot more about frontman Billie Beckett's love life than most people would be comfortable with having complete strangers know about. It seems now that Beckett may have found someone new in the new Italian indie-rocker, Bianca Moretti. The two were spotted throughout Bangkok where Moretti had been to see Reported Failure play a show as part of their No Venues Tour. No news yet on whether the two are dating or just were hanging out, but they were seen together in Bangkok on Friday and sources say Moretti may have been backstage of the No Venues Tour stage on Thursday night with Beckett, and could still be in Bangkok where Reported Failure plays again tonight. |

Cinzia Ricci Teams Up With Aaron Marks!
 Both big breakthrough acts in 2011, Cinzia Ricci and Aaron Marks team up for the forth release off of Cinzia's debut What You've Been Waiting for on a remix of the song called European Expedition, which is in stores today! The track, which was produced by DJ Cloud does not include Aaron Marks on the album version but the remix version of the track does, and really is big news for Cinzia and Aaron fans bringing them together for the track.
The track was chosen as a single as the remix version garnered a very big welcome from the fans present at both dates of Cinzia Ricci's tour, and they felt something was missing, a male vocalist!

And it has been chosen as the 4th single because all the fans fell in love with the remix version performed live on tour and after listening to the remix once more, I felt like something was missing, and that was a male vocalist.
