If we read Fifty Shades of Grey by EL James I'd use my own hands to tear my eyes from their moorings. From the excerpts I have read, it is a trashy, veeeeerrrrry badly written, fan fiction that somehow got accidentally published. Genuinely, that is not literature. It's garbage, and its demographic really outlines that well. This shows all you need to know about that crap. http://fiftyshadesofedits.tumblr.com/ |

Well if we're suggesting books to start-off, I've got three. Since it might be hard to get Skepticism Inc in the US, I think a really good equivalent (with the same bizarre type of characters) would be Naked Lunch: http://www.amazon.co.uk/...id=1341370027&sr=1-2Next, I'm a big comic book fan and these 2 would really be well-off because they both strike me as magnificent: Maus: http://www.amazon.co.uk/...id=1341370127&sr=1-2Essex County: http://www.amazon.co.uk/...id=1341370150&sr=1-1 |
