"It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life," Castor says simply as he walks over and lightly touches the front of the car. He then breathes on it and whipes away any finger marks he may have left on it.
"Daddy, it's just a car..." Virginia says.
"Virgina, I will ground you for a month if you ever say that again about this car."

Castor looks a little pained, knowing how much he wants to drive the car, but also how much he doesn't want to punch Nina. "I... guess you're driving first..." He says sadly.

Castor gets into the car and starts it, making a small O-face when it starts up. "You know, Nina, as much as I would love driving this car, it occurs to me that we're in Japan... I'm not sure I could drive us all the way to Detroit."

Virginia and Castor both get out of the car and follow Nina.
"Why can't we drive to Detroit from here?" Virginia asks.
"Because there's water inbetween here and there, Gigi," Castor says back.
"Can't the car turn into a submarine?"
"No... No, cars can't do that, sweetie..."
Virginia is quiet for a moment, and then says under her breath: "... Batman's can..."

nina leads them back up the several flights of stairs to the bridge. when she opens the door,she finds erica sitting in the chair.she spins around in suprise.
"oh hi!" erica says excitedly."i didnt expect to see you three." erica smiles. |

Virginia beams at Erica. "Hi, Aunt Erica!" She cries, running over and hugging her. "We're leaving but I don't want to leave, I want to stay here with you on the boat, so will you tell them to let me stay?" Virginia rattles on quickly.

Virginia smiles. "Yes! Peanut butter and jelly!" Virginia says as she runs to the kitchen, tripping and falling to her knees, and then immediately getting back up and scurrying away.
"Um, yeah. I guess we're hungry," Castor says back, watching Virginia with a chuckle.
