nina pushes playfully against castor with her shoulder. "you still dont care for her,huh?"

nina giggles. "you kinda already did when you married me,love. she'll grow on you,trust me. not a finer friend i have ever had.if she likes you,and she does. she will give you the shirt off her back...even if it's too small for you."nina laughs.

nina watches erica with virginia. they are putting peanut butter on each other's noses and cackling like mad.
"i know castor,love." she says simply and squeezes his hand. " did you read that nichole named erica godmother of her baby?"

nina looks at castor's."you're fucking pissed,huh?" she asks quietly.she decides not to mention who the godfather is.

nina looks around.".....um....erich." she says in a small voice.pretty sure that isnt the answer castor wants.

nina nods,as this is exactly what she expected. she heads into the kitchen,where erica and virginia have peanut butter all over their faces and ritz crackers over their eyes.

nina takes a deep breath and asks,"is it cool if you watch virginia for a bit,love? i need...."she figures erica can guess the rest,so she doesnt add "talk to castor." she doesnt want to upset virginia..

"oh,but of course,nina!" we're having a grand time!" erica says giving nina a subtle hand squeeze,then goes back to playing with viriginia.


nina walks back to the room she shares with castor and knocks on the door."um,castor...love?"

nina sits on the bed. "the only thing i can figure is that nichole picked the godmother,and sam picked the godfather." she shrugs. "to my knowledge,i dont think erich has ever said 20 words to nichole." nina goes to grab castor's hand,but decides against it. castor needs to pace to burn the energy.

nina fidgets uncomfortably "i dont know castor. that sounds....pretty crummy. " nina wants to say its fucked up,but knows how castor can be about nichole. " i still think it was sam's decision. nichole barely knows erich....i'm sure you two are still friends,love.just.....the dynamics have changed."

nina is unsure how to react.she lightly holds castor's fingertips. "love.....you cant be serious? would she really do such a thing?" nina rethinks many of erica and nicholes interactions.especially their most recent episode of cheating on their respective mates.

"what a fucking cunt." nina whispers."i'm sorry,i know she is your friend,but that is a horrible thing to do out of spite." nina squeezes castor's hand."lets wait until we know for sure,love. it could have totally been sam's idea.i know he and erich are very good friends." nina smiles,trying to put a positive spin on this.
