FIRST LOOK OF SWEET UNKNOWN COMING SOONWith a rumored "highly sexual" nature to the show. (Ryan Ross Hernandez seen at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy gala on February 9th, 2013)The highly-anticipated television series Sweet Unknown, created by singer-songwriter Ryan Ross Hernandez is beginning to come into fruition. According to the show's official Twitter page, four episodes have already been filmed. Many fans have taken to their own Twitter and Instagram accounts to post sightings or pictures of the cast members filming scenes, as the show is being filmed on location throughout the Los Angeles area. The cast of Sweet Unknown was finalized last month, announcing that the it would compose of an ensemble that features Nadia Berry, Arianna Harley, Cristina Lake, Issac Lovelock, Isabel Mejores, and Hernandez himself. What could be a very odd super group in music, is actually an acting cast, most of which are making their acting debut in the series. While the yet to premiere show is gaining buzz in the entertainment world, it does have its doubters who believe the series will ultimately fail due to its inexperienced leads. "That's not something we're worried about, we've filmed enough to know that the right choices were made when it came to casting," says Michael M. MacDonald, the co-producer of the show alongside Hernandez and Berry. "Every single cast member had to attend an acting class together for two weeks before we actually began filming, it was a clause in their contract and we paid right out of our pockets for that one. We feel it was an important move because it removed the pressure of everyone meeting day one of table reads. When it came the first day of actually working on the show, it was a breeze, everyone knew each other and got along."While it sounds as if everything within the lead cast is running smoothly, rumor say the show seems to be in a dispute with the FX network executives due to the sexually charged nature of the show. "The showrunners have been in a dispute with the network executive about the sexual aspect that the show holds, they've already been asked to cut down the number of sex scenes," tell us an unnamed source from behind the scenes. The source went out to tell us, "There is a quite controversial scene to be filmed soon involving Nadia, Ryan, and Chantel [Hayes], that hasn't been cut." Nadia Berry's former GirlSpice bandmate Chantel is scheduled for a four episode guest star arc this season, one can only imagine what such scene might hold for the three(some?). The next episode the cast shoots which starts filming in the next few days, they will be taking a road trip for a few days outside of California, "This coming week we're filming down in Las Vegas," says MacDonald, "We've rented out a tour bus and all the main actors will be traveling together. We're quite excited about filming in a different scenery."Culture Uncut can exclusively confirm that the first peek everyone will get of Sweet Unknown will be Monday, March 4th, with the extended first look trailer of the show hitting the internet.
