Billie Beckett: "We're on a journey"

Almost nothing has been heard from Reported Failure's mysterious frontman in 2013 but today he released the first public statement we've received from him all year. It involves Reported Failure's next endeavor and nothing more. He neglected his outburst recently at the Chaos Awards, or his reason for being silent for so long relative to how active he normally is in the media. What he did release was information on Reported Failure's next album.

The paparazzi had a field day yesterday when they arrived at The Dirty Bastard Hotel & Casino as they manage to capture this intimate moment between Mercedes Payne and Oscar Ward. Originally setting out to snap a few pictures of a well known female pop star after receiving a tip off that she was at the bar dining with an unknown male companion, the paparazzi (including our guy here at Culture Uncut) stumbled upon a scene far more dramatic and newsworthy. They spotted the ever so glamorous blonde bombshell, Mercedes Payne and curly haired heartthrob Oscar Ward dancing intimately and one eyewitness even went as far to say that they locked lips however this can't be 100% confirmed as we have no photographic evidence. Wouldn't it be great if they did though? Not entirely for their partners but imagine the scandal? Pay day.

Oscar Ward is currently engaged to red headed presenter and Celebrity Big Brother champion, Eilidh Greene. The pair have been together for over a year now and showed no signs of parting ways nor have any cracks in their relationship surfaced (possibly until now). Ward and Greene are set to tie the knot in the summer after postponing their original winter date due to the arrivial of their adorable little girl, Roo, who is now two months old. Oscar has been having a stressful time lately as he admitted to infighting between members of Weekend and most specifically, between him and Billy Khan. Ward also left the band only to return due to huge public outcry. The singer and presenter also had their 25 minute long, extremely explicit sex tape leak late last year which left absolutely nothing to the imagination. Could all of the media attention be putting a strain on their relationship, causing Oscar to search for a 'change of scenery?'.

Mercedes is also dating at the moment. The powerhouse vocalist is currently dating music's 'hottie' Luke Striker and has been doing so for a few months now. This relationship however has not been in the public eye as much as the former and many question if Striker and Payne are still together due to both singers remaining so quiet and not spamming Twitter with loved up tweets which is rather unusual for a celebrity couple nowadays. Maybe the sexy stars kissed each other months back? Who knows? With Luke currently promoting his debut album and Mercedes finishing off hers, it's highly unlikely they have any quality time together. A girl has needs so maybe that's where Oscar comes into the equation?

Boy band frontman Oscar Ward and his 'friend' Mercedes reportedly spent all night at the bar. Photographers were escorted from the premises almost immediately upon arriving however, patiently waited outside until 3am when Payne finally emerged looking rather tipsy and bailing into a taxi. Ten minutes later, Ward stumbled out of the bar almost falling to the ground if it weren't for a nearby bicycle rack that he gripped onto for support. Security from 'The D.B' surrounded Oscar and chased off paparazzi before waiting with the singer until his taxi arrived. He climbed into the taxi with his shirt unbuttoned and his trousers unzipped.

If they are now more than just friends, we want to know why they aren't interested in their partners anymore. Oscar is a cute looking guy that can turn on the charm but we wouldn't think anyone would say no to Luke Striker and his his physique for love nor money. Likewise, Mercedes is undoubtedly beautiful but nobody in their right mind would turn their back on Eilidh and break her little heart. Plus, watching 'that tape' she sure knows how to use that tongue so Oscar must be MAD to want it from another woman.

Speculated by a new banner that was posted on her official site, it seemed as though Pegasus was set to be the next single off Fierce's new album. However, today it is being confirmed that the plug has been pulled on that decision according to Stephanie Fierce herself.

"My next single was planned to be "Pegasus" but I decided to push forward a different song from the album. This particular song is called "Ride" and it is my favorite. It was planned to be the third single, but I'm feeling a lot remorse towards the track and I think people will enjoy it, especially my ladies" - Stephanie Fierce (Reporting to Billboard via Phone)

Fierce also spilled details on the new single, calling it an instrumental sequel to "Hot Shot".

"Ride is technically like an instrumental sequel to "Hot Shot". I'm in no terms recreating Hot Shot, because the song has a whole different meaning and approach, but when you hear it, you'll know what I mean". - Stephanie Fierce (Reporting to Billboard via Phone)

Further on, Fierce also unveiled that music producer Dallas Austin helped Fierce produce the track, which is called "Ride". Austin worked on Fierce's very first album "The Past, The Present and The Future of Pop", and is also the person responsible for the sexy horns repeatedly played on "Hot Shot". As we all know, "Hot Shot" became Fierce' very first number one hit single debuting at the top stop upon it's release. Interestingly, Fierce never worked with the producer again on any of her albums after "The Past, The Present and The Future of Pop", until now.

"Reuniting with Dallas Austin was definitely something that took both of us by surprise. We never had anything against each other over the years, we just never managed to reunite and do another song. Fierce went on to describe how the new single might empower women but may also bring controversy because of it's content.

"I think Ride is going to empower women, but to be honest I think it might be a little controversial, because I'm being a very very bad bad girl on this record (laughs). I mean, the message of the song is something I did for fun, it doesn't really reflect me, it might reflect Stephy Fierce a little bit more though (Laughs) Overall, it's just a catchy fun pop record and I think people will enjoy it - Stephanie Fierce (Reporting to Billboard via Phone)

Last but not least, Fierce talked about about her new alter ego "Stephy Fierce" and some of the things that will be coming up with the character she created.

"Talking about Stephy Fierce, I really have a lot great things coming up with this whole persona I created. Obviously, Stephy Fierce does not give one single fuck what people think, excuse my language (laughs). She's me but the hood version. In other words, she's fearless and she isn't scared of anything and she speaks her mind without holding back. So with that being, I have an online mixtape that I am creating for Stephy Fierce and it will be made of covers of other songs and original songs. I also secretly managed to shoot two music videos, one for "Get Like Stephy Fierce" and one for "I Run it" and they will be both coming out sometime in April.
