Adele giggles a thank you and looks through the bag of trail mix for a couple of M&Ms. Once she finds a few, she pops them in her mouth. "Mmm... The M&Ms always have a peanut-y taste to them after they've been in a bag of trail mix..." She comments, grabbing another one and popping it into her mouth.

Adele shakes her head. "She was awfully sick for a while..." She shrugs. "I think she's okay now, but you know how it is. We're so close, we're like sisters, and sometimes sisters need time away from each other..."

"What about your sister? Where is she now?"

"Oh yeah? You need somebody to take the extra room? I'd love to live out here..." Adele says back with a wink and a smile.

Adele gives a little laugh as well. "Yeah, I'm sure you don't want some random girl in your house anyway... I could be a CRAZY PERSON!" She giggles and looks out towards the ocean. "Want to swim with me?"

Adele nods enthusiastically, and puts her hair up in a ponytail with the hair tie around her wrist.

"Come on, it'll be fun!"

She jumps up and takes Brandon's hand as she starts heading towards the beach.

The moment the water hits Adele's toes, she stops and shivers. "Merde! It's cold!" She exclaims, wait for her body to get used to the temperature before going any farther in.

Adele, taking this as a challenge, goes even farther into the water than Brandon. Even though her teeth are chattering, she replies. "Nope. Not cold at all. In fact, too warm..."

Jake Gomez walks into a cafe in Chicago, his baggy zip hoody open displaying a garishly designed T-shirt underneath. He was wearing a pear of long shorts which showed off his tattooed legs and had the sleeves of his goody rolled up to show the designs on his arms. On his head he had a snap back cap perched almost sideways.

Today was the first day Reckless Abandon had been in the studio and Jake had enjoyed a good day of hitting drums hard and getting to male music at last. Please with his work, he decided to get some dinner to treat himself. He was wearing head phones and whistling as he walked.

Jake was only half paying attention when a girl turns and walks straight into him, bumping into his chest. 'Woah,' he says quickly, putting a hand on her hip to stop her falling. He takes his earphones out and smiles a little. 'That was a close one,' he laughs. 'Are you alright?'

Jake, cool as a cucumber, was quite surprised by her reaction. He watched as she eyed the tattoos up, and smirked a little. 'Thanks,' he murmured and then looked on surprised when she made for the door quickly. He looked down and saw her glasses on the floor.

'Hey,' he yelled after her. 'Hey you forgot these!'

Jake noticed how nervous the girl looked as she was trying to leave and turned as if to head to the counter to hand in her sunglasses. He shrugged as he walks and then waits for someone to come over when he notices her coming back over towards him.

When she asked him to share her food, he noticed how nervous she was again. He smiles, because she looks beautiful and he didn't know why she lacked confidence. 'Sure,' he smiles and nods, 'I'd love to. Where do you wanna sit?'
