Zac laughs and then smiles when Pixie giggles. Up close she was stunningly attractive, with those gorgeous big eyes, and when she laughed like that she looked adorable. "Really? I was sure I saw it fall out of your uh...." He looks her up and down, "...hot pants." He puts the menu back in his pocket again. "Well yes that was my plan but you know, like I said I'm lost," he says with a little chuckle. He could tell Pixie was smart and could hold her own, but Zac was a determined guy, and he was definitely going to try here.

Zac laughs. "Those are hot pants, aren't they? What would you call them?" He smiles and puts his case down, wheeling it along behind him. "Well I didn't think anyone would understand me. I saw you and I knew you weren't from around here. You don't look like you're from around....anywhere, to be honest though. No offence." He smiles a little. "Yeah, let's make it into a treasure hunt. I'm looking to find a table for some lunch. It's a funny coincidence, but I've got the feeling you're looking for the same table," he says with a little wink.

Zac laughs. "Well they are short shorts. In California we call those hot pants." He smiles at her. "I'm guessing you're not from America then?" he asks, nothing the accent. He liked the way Pixie spoke. She had a real confidence about her, and an air that said she didn't care what anyone thought of her. Zac liked that, it made a change from too many easy women back home. "Tour? Are you a model or something? I should have guessed with the quirky fashion." He chuckles and looks up at the buildings across from them. "We should try that sushi place. Escort away. You sound like you're my bodyguard or something." He smiles as he waits to cross the road.

"It is. It's like Cali sucks the energy from all other places. I'm a little biased though." He nods and racks his brain. "Alright....excuse my blatant ignorance, because this is my first ever time outside the States....is that in....England," he says hopefully, one eye half closed as he waits for the answer. When she walks into him, he looks over and laughs. "A bit forward Miss," he winks and laughs. "Oh really? Are you famous? I have to say I do like your clothes. I like the way they just shout "fuck you" to the world. Mine are so conformist and typical Cali." He smiles. "I'm a singer too. I'm in a band. No one would know us though." When they walk over to the sushi place, Zac opens the door for Pixie and follows her in. He looks at the concierge. "We need either a table for two...or two tables for one. You'll need to ask my bodyguard," he says, bumping Pixie gently with his hip and trying not to laugh.

"I'd like to think all of Finland is as colourful and cool as you. Does everyone have that icy white skin there? It looks so cool." He laughs a little. "England....Europe, yeah close enough. You still live in Europe then?" He nods, impressed by the fact Pixie likes a straight talking guy, and he grins at her. "You should go to Cali. You'd meet your dream dude there. There are plenty of fakes, but people don't pull any punches with their opinions." He listens to her speak again, he loved her accent already and the way it rolled off her tongue. It made him smile quite goofily. "I don't doubt you get recognised. I bet you stand out wherever you go. But my senses tell me you're the sort of girl who loves that, am I right? I appreciate that. Normal is boring, am I right?" He holds up his hand for a high five. "You might just be my first fan. I'll give you an autograph later if you treat me well," he says with a laugh and a wink. When they are sat by the sushi belt, Zac smiles and takes his hat off. "Looks like I was right then, huh? We were looking for the same table after all." He smiles as he looks at her, amazed by her confidence, aura and looks all at once.

"New Jersey? Ewwww, I have to say, the east coast is....kinda lame. I bet you don't fit in there," he says, not sure if his compliment even registered, due to its subtlety. "Where are you moving to?" He listens to her talk about her non existent dream guy for a while, and nods softly, impressed. "I know what you mean. If you go out looking for something too specific, you'll never find it. Plus, I have been known in the past to come...and go..." he laughs at his own joke." As he speaks, he can feel her looking at him, and he tries to judge if there's a connection between them. It's weird, because most initial meetings feel awkward for at least one person, but these two were both so confident in themselves. He pulls her seat out for her and then sits opposite her. "We should play a game," he said, looking towards the belt. "Why don't we choose dishes for each other? Make this....meeting...a little more exciting."

"You live with your parents? That's cute! I share a penthouse with my brother and his buddy. We're all in the same band. It's pretty crazy up in there." He looks impressed when she mentions Malibu. "Really? You'll be a hell of a lot closer to the best places in the world then. I'll warn you though, bring a sun block, or you'll be as red as a London bus within minutes." He chuckles. "If you need anyone to show you around Cali though, well....you know..." he smiles a little. Zac looks over at Pixie. He was ashamed that he had judged her as being weird earlier, because she seemed totally awesome now and he was really enjoying talking to her. "I'm deathly allergic to any and all fish," he grins. "I might be lying about that....but are you risky enough to chance it?" he winks.

Zac nods. "Oh right. I see. I guess if they live near each other, it means you don't have to choose one or the other though, huh?" He smiles and puts his hands on the table. "Sure, yeah. I'll be your bodyguard. We used to go to Malibu for spring break..." he pauses and looks puzzled. "Do I sound like a total cliche or what?" He chuckles. Zac looks over at Pixie as she peruses the menu and smiles. He really was surprised how nice she was, and how easy she was to talk to. She seemed at ease around him, and he liked that, someone who felt comfortable enough in their own skin to be funny and thoughtful all at once. He smiles at her as she looks up, and he wonders if she caught him staring. "Of course. Let the challenge begin," he chuckles, lifting up a non spicy dish to start things off and placing it in front of Pixie.

"You don't know spring break? I thought that was famous everywhere. It's just like where all college and high school kids go to the beach on vacation in early spring for a massive party. You need to try it when you live in Malibu. It's pretty crazy." He smiles at her. "You seem like the sort of girl who likes to party...am I right?" When he gets caught staring, he blushes a little and looks away briefly, but he struggles to keep his gaze from her electric blue eyes. He looks down at the dish Pixie has chosen and smiles. "OK....confession time, I have never tried sushi before..but this will be fun." He laughs. "You go first." He looks at the fried squid a little cautiously.

Zac nods. "You should go. You would love it for real. It's like a week of just beaches and booze. No other way at all to describe it." He smiles and puts his phone down on the table. "You would look awesome at one of those parties where people put neon paint on their faces. You would totally be the centre point there in those clothes." he smiles as she catches him blushing. "Embarrassed now..." he says with a little chuckle. "Sorry, I just couldn't help sneaking a look." He takes the menu. "Hmmmmm...what to choose for you...?" He smiles and winks at her.
