"Good lord, Honor, your kitchen looks like it was decorated by twelve-year-old Japanese girls..." Alec says as he walks in, his eyes wide. "Where was the compromise? This kitchen is still girly as fuck."

Alec laughs. "No, I definitely think I'll still want to be coming to your room tonight. We just may have to keep all the lights off... And block the windows out for the morning." He winks and gets to work preparing a pasta dinner. "It's Italian. Sorry, pasta is basically the only thing I can make."

Alec points to a paper bag next to the groceries that has his favorite type of wine in it. A pretty expensive bottle of wine, but he wouldn't let Honor know that. At least not now. "Well, you can make pancakes in the morning," He tells her with a wink. "And believe me, even if I have to use my cell phone light, I will see what you have on under there." He takes her by the hand and pulls her over to him, giving her a little kiss before letting her go.

"Cheers," Alec agrees, clinking his glass to Honor's before taking a sip. He sits the wine glass down and begins to boil the water for the pasta. "Do you like animals?" He asks randomly.

"Not yet, but I was thinking about getting a cat. Just wanted to ask before I went out and got one, and made you never come to my place ever again," Alec says back. "Where is Luffy?"

"What type of cat? I don't know, -- can you get out a strainer for me? -- I guess a... normal cat," Alec responses with a shrug and laugh. "A fat one. A beer cat."

Alec laughs for a little bit, imaging a cat as pretty as that being fat. "That sounds perfect. I'll try to find one like that," He says back, dumping the pasta into the strainer and shaking it to get all the excess water out. "Come with me to the shelters next time you're in LA. We'll find one together."

"Huh... I don't know. I guess I'd have to get to know the cat first before I named it," Alec says back as he starts to mix the tomato sauce in. It was store-bought sauce, but he didn't think Honor expected too much more than that out of him.

Alec glances at the table and smiles. "Look at you, H. All romantic and such..." He chuckles as he stirs the pasta, mixing the sauce and cheese in before deciding that it's done. "Um... Where are the plates? Don't get them, just tell me. I want to do this for you."

"You're perfect," He says as he gets out two plates and two sets of silverware, setting them on the table. He gives Honor a quick kiss on the cheek before grabbing some napkins and putting them between each other. He then comes around with the pot of pasta, dishing out a little bit for each plate.
