Den pats him on the back to comfort him while still frowning.

"Adam..."

Britney looks at him and gets worried too. She then gets up from her chair and walks over to the two guys.

"Adam! Don't cry!! Emerald is still here, with us! She's alive!"

She points to Emerald and smiles trying to cheer up, even if deep inside she was as much worried as him.

Britney looks at him worried and Den takes him by the arm still frowning.

"Hey, where are you going Ad? Want me to come with you?"

Den shakes his head and then joins Adam outside, sitting next to him. He puts his hand on his shoulder and looks at him.

"Adam, how could I hate you? It just happened, it's not your fault! Just be happy she's alright now."

Den smiles at him a little and hugs him.

"Everything is ok now."

Den nods and keeps smiling, looking more relieved to see Adam feeling better.

"You really need to think positive! Things could have gone worse, you know?"

He then holds his hand tightly to keep on comforting him.

Den kisses Adam back hugging him and then smiles.

"I love you too Adam. I think you're the one I was looking for all this time!"

Den nods smiling and just when he's about to kiss Adam again, he hears Emearld coughing and gets up rushing back into the room to see what's happening. So Britney begins to scream terrified.

"Oh my God, Emerald! What's happening? Oh my God! Say something!!"

So Den begins to look scared and worried. He would like to do something but doesn't know exactly what to do.

The doctor arrives with his team and tell everyone to leave the room. So Den and Britney get outside and both sit on the chairs next to Adam. Britney is looking desperate and just puts her head between her hands and looks down, while Den keeps caressing Adam's back to comfort him, saddened with a frown on his face.

"Calm down, the doctors know what to do! It's their job. Stay positive."

Den gives Adam a kiss on the forehead still trying to calm him down and takes both of his hands and holds them tight. He then looks straight into his eyes and nods.

"It's ok! It's not your fault."

Den then looks at the doctor, frowning again and Britney lifts her head up, still keeping it between her hands in disperation, as if she was ready to be even more in shock.

"Hey, wait!"

Den shouts but Adam had already runned down the hall. Britney covers her mouth in shock and just stays silent on the chair, it was too much for even her who was just starting out her career and her cousin Emerald was one of the few people who could help her, if not the only one.
Den in the meantime looks at her and then at doctor, noding at him and he leaves. He then decides to go to Adam looking all saddened, there was not much to be positive about.
When he sees Adam, he notices he had trhown up and just looks at him with the frown on his face. He then looks down, not being sure on what to say.
