After all the hype and anticipation, Stephanie Fierce gave the last show, a new and revamped set-list that didn't include any video interlude, with just straight back to back performances that left you catching your breath by just watching. The icon, did not lie when she said she was going to "give it her all". From the beginning, the singer went beast mode on that stage to the very end. The show raised over 29.3 Million dollars during its broadcast, and over 8 million dollars in ticket revenue.
Here's our Top 10 mention worthy moments, We're sure there are tons more, but we are still recovering and digesting all the epicness: 10. Revamped Choreography. Tired of those same old moves? Well, Fierce gave hardcore loyal fans something worth watching. The singer seemed to have revamped all her choreography for her more pop oriented song of her set, by giving them new steps and adlibs. Can you just see the anger and spite in her face? She was coming for blood!
9. The Signature Hair Toss It's not a Stephanie Fierce performance, unless you have 10 pounds of weave coming at your face as if your television screen was 3D. We kid, we kid. Fierce made it very clear, that her hair is a huge part of her performances and she made sure to mark her territory by tossing her across every square inch of that stage. Ferocious! *finger snaps*
8. Cool Illusions. What's better than one Stephanie Fierce tossing her weave? 10 million of her. Once cool thing about this broadcast is that it gave viewers some interesting visuals during some of the songs. We were afraid at some points, that Fierce would miss a step, but everything went orderly as planned.
Did we mention hair?
7. Fierce's finger-licking good booty shaking. Now we know, Fierce doesn't have a single issue in the trunk department of her very expensive vehicle. Fierce made sure to re invent the word twerk during her dance oriented songs. We had to include a no other than this gif for this one. Enough said.
6. Johnny Johnson joins Stephanie Fierce on stage Fierce and Johnny Johnsons are the longest running couple in the music industry. Is that really hard to believe? Well, the two first collaborated in 2008 on their #1 hit "Hot Shot" and have since collaborated. The audiences eyes were glued to the both of them as they performed "Hot Shot" for the very first time in years. The song was given a more rock and alternative feel, that left fans wanting more. The couple kept it very professional on stage, and didn't show any racy intimacy moments, but it was very clear that the connection between the two was very strong and mutual. One of the best moment of the night!
5. Fierce's 15 second belt Now we know Fierce can blow! We don't mean THAT you perverts ;) However, the singer took a very big risk with one of her more vocally challenged songs by doing a 15 second non-stop belt that left everyone speechless. The singer even had to catch her breath, by removing the mic from her mouth. Many people are claiming that the singer lipped that bit on social network site, but we hear from Fierce's team, that not one moment was lipped. Even if it was though, we were still amazed!
4. HER BAND! There's nothing like arena music, especially when you have Stephanie Fierce's own personal band of women blessing it. Now these women aren't afraid to get a little grimy, rock afros and they are not all about the glitz and the glamour,. The instrumentation was a point, with little to no mistake from the musicians who were on that stage tonight.
3. Fierce's furious catwalk during "Insane". We couldn't help but play "Eye of the Tiger" in our heads for this one! One of the best moments of the night, was when Fierce began the second verse of "Insane" and she fiercely cat walked her way forward towards the audience after her breathtaking entrance. Fierce went on to reveal that every step during that part represented her stepping on all the people who ever doubted her. Ouch! We would of hated to be the stadium floor that night!
2. Emotional Ending After performing, her lengthy set of 28 songs. The sweaty singer took time to do an unexpected speech, that actually made us cry. But only because Fierce began to cry as she got emotional.During her speech, the singer revealed that everyday she wakes up and can't be any more thankful for the life she was given. She began to thank the audience, her band, the viewers, her charity and her loyal fans for the amazing experiences they had given her throughout the years. She then began to tear up as everyone in the arena began to chant her name. "I have one more song to perform, but I can't even talk straight right now, I love you all so..." the singer sobbed as she couldn't finish her sentence. Finally after putting herself together, she ended the set with the emotional #1 hit "Where I Belong" from her first album "The Past, the Present and the Future of Pop". That's when everyone realized the after all those songs, the show was actually coming to an end. Which made it that more emotional. The singer finished the song by dropping her back to the floor as pyros went off. She then thanked the audience one more before taking a good look of the crowd for one last time and disappearing to the bottom of the stage. "Good Night and God Bless You All", the singer said before the stage went dark! *Give me the tissues now*
1. The Fierce Entrance! But to lighten the mood. Nothing says fierce like having a 100 feet tall silhouette on fire sit behind you as you rise from the ground in style looking like the undertaker, but with better fashion and make up of course! Fierce showed why she's head B*tch of the game, when it comes to performance entrances. Nothing gave us more chills than the "Immortal" instrumental playing in the background as she rose on to the stage, holding the mic to her hip, giving the audience of 100,000 a fierce and confident posture.
Stephanie Fierce opened the show with "Immortal" and "Insane".
