"Yeah, and a new kid on the way. Coincidence? I think not!" Eva giggles and picks up a Riot! vinyl. "What about Riot! in the Boulevard? I think Amy is really pretty. Like, it I swung towards girls, I would want her..."

Eva laughs, putting it back. "I thought everybody did vinyls now. That seems to be the only thing that hipsters listen to anymore..." She looks at Amy and shrugs. "Too boring? But look at her total lack of conformity as made obvious by her dyed hair? How could somebody boring venture so far into that shade of red?" She giggles, putting it back.

Eva laughs. "Right. But I think we can safely safe that Sexy Star isn't boring without a knife fight, huh?" She asks, looking Jimmy up and down, wondering if he's every been in a knife fight before. He looks like the type of guy that would win one. "Is that really a thing? I didn't know people were making cassette tapes again..."

Katie yawned as she walked towards the stage door of the Philips Arena. She had been on a long flight from LA that very morning, and she could never sleep on a plane, so she was still a little tired from the early start. Still not used to her star power, she's a little surprised when the security on the door opens it for her without question. She smiles nervously and nods at him as she quickly makes her way inside. Katie was dressed in a pair of black shorts and a loose white shirt, and she clutched her purse under her arm as she made her way through the bowels of the venue.

Katie had no idea why she was here. She had been called by Nadia's PA a week or two ago, who had said nothing about this meeting other than "you should come to Atlanta to see Nadia." She wasn't even sure her former friend had OK'd the meeting, but she was enjoying a break from her comeback, so she had decided to come anyway, more out of curiosity than anything else - the pair hadn't spoken in over a year since their rather public falling out. Ever the pessimist though, Katie was sure Nadia was about to launch legal action against her for some work they had done in the past. As she walks through the building, she eventually sees a face she recognises - Nadia's PA. Katie makes a beeline for her, but stops when she realises she has a phone pressed to her ear and a stern look on her face. She stops in her tracks before turning and seeing a dressing room labelled "Nadia Berry." She gasps a little, nerves flowing through her as she lifts her hand and gently knocks the door, no idea what is about to unfold. "Now or never," she mutters to herself.

As the door opened, Katie's nerves seemed to fade quickly, and she smiled when she saw Nadia. It had been so long since she had seen her, and she missed her. However, Nadia's reaction to her presence caused the smile to disappear instantly. Clearly Nadia hadn't been the one who invited her, just as she had feared. This was a management thing after all. She sighs and crosses her arms almost defensively as she looks at the floor, feeling a bit weird about having made the journey now. "Hey...Hi, Nadia," she says very quietly. "I got a text from...umm...your PA sorry I can't remember her name. Sorry, I thought..." she tails off, nervously stuttering. At that moment, despite being inwardly delighted to see Nadia, she'd rather have been anywhere else in the world.

When the manager walks past Katie, she moves to let him out of the room before standing back in front of Nadia and looking into the dressing room behind her. "I'm...sorry for interrupting," Katie starts, nervously pushing her hair behind her ears as she squirms a little. "I should maybe just go." It had been a long time since they had been friends, and Katie didn't want any bother between them. "I thought you invited me here." She laughs nervously.

Katie nods a little and steps inside the room, still a little suspicious. The more she thought about it, the more she worried herself. Was this because Katie had performed the song they both wrote at her comeback show a few weeks back? She was prepared to pay loyalties to Nadia without any aggravation between them. She takes a deep breath and messes her hair with her fingers as she leans against a table. "Okay...no problem, I can stay," she says slowly.

She was confused when Nadia said she had known about the meeting. Why had she looked so shocked when she saw Katie if she had been involved? "Oh....well, I just thought you never knew. You seemed surprised," she says with a nervous laugh. It made her feel better that Nadia had in fact invited her, but she was still really defensive about why she had been asked to come in the first place. "Don't worry about it," she says with a half smile. "I wasn't busy at the moment anyway. Just having a bit of a break you know?" She looks up at Nadia for the briefest of seconds, remembering how close they used to be. It still hurt her that they didn't talk anymore, and she stares straight back at the floor, still worried she'd cry over what had happened all those months ago.

Katie watches as Nadia walks across the room. She looked almost as nervous about this as Katie felt. Maybe it wasn't bad news after all. Surely if Nadia had wanted to sue her she would be a lot more aggressive and confident than she seemed at the moment. Katie planned to apologise and clear the air, no matter the intention. Even if they couldn't be friends, she didn't like the tension that had been between them for the last year and she'd like to see it come to an end.

She smiles and takes a bottle of water from the table, having a drink and smiling. "Thanks." Her mouth had been rapidly drying due to the nerves and she was glad of the drink. "Oh...well, sorry. I didn't mean to shock you or interrupt." She walks slowly over and sits down on the couch, nervously perching on the corner as if ready to leap up and run if things got bad. Katie forces a smile. "This is quite a nice dressing room though. The things you get when you're a star, huh?" She smiles. When Nadia mentions the show, Katie smiles. She felt far more comfortable talking about work than the awkwardness between them. She fixes her hair and nods. "It was a nice night. Hey Lolita were wonderful." She smiles at her. "How is your tour....?"

Katie looks over at Nadia again. She never realised until now how much she missed her. Nadia had been the person she could confide in and not feel weird around - one of the only ones in fact, but in the past year she had had to try to keep things to herself, as she didn't think anyone aside from Hayden would understand. She had a few friends, but people seemed to come and go, and after what had happened with Nadia, she was worried about getting too close to someone who would just end up leaving her again. She tries to smile to hide the sadness in her eyes as she remembers what had happened in Australia between her and Nadia.

"Oh. Okay, I'm glad. I know how hectic concert days can be after all. It's a pain when someone comes in and gets in the way." Katie smiles at her and nods as she looks at some of the items around the room. It was clear the promoters were keen to impress Nadia. "Me? No, I'm nowhere near as big a star as you," she says with a smile. Katie was still uneasy with fame, and she didn't like to think of herself as some sort of celebrity, even though she knew she was one. She sighs, almost saying something about what had happened on tour last year, but she quickly stopped herself. She listens to Nadia talk about the tour, and she smiles as she hears her talk about it. "You didn't think so? I think we all knew you could do it on your own. I was pleased to see you get such a big tour. Everyone loves Nadia Berry," she says with a little smile. But when Nadia mentions being alone, Katie is quite taken aback. "Oh...really? How come it's been so lonely?" she asks, intrigued by this turn of events. She assumed Nadia always had people around, that she was the most popular girl in pop and that she would never feel alone.

Katie smiles when Nadia faces her and looks towards the floor. The last time they had been so close to each other, they had been laughing about everything and anything with ease like sisters. More than anything, Katie wanted to have that sort of friendship with Nadia back again. Problem was, she was far too scared of Nadia rejecting her again that she would never put herself out like that. She smiles softly at her. "You look really good, Nadia," she says to try to break the tension. "You always know how to make me jealous."

When Nadia checks her phone and puts it away, Katie copies her, setting it to silent. She didn't want an interruption, and it always seemed like someone was calling her these days. She turns slightly red when Nadia calls her a star. "Ugh, you know me...I just don't like all that hassle," she chuckles. Katie had been scared of being the centre of attention ever since her early days when she had been so stressed she had attempted suicide on a few occasions. She forces another smile. "Yeah. I loved your newest album. It was really great. I used to...never mind..." she says, stopping herself from admitting something embarrassing. She feels a little more relaxed and puts her purse on the floor as she unfolds her arms at last. She listens and nods intently. "Really? So like...you don't have Ryan out here with you at any time?" She thinks. "I know what you mean though. When Hayden's been away working, it's just been me and Lucas, and I've felt a bit isolated and stuff. I would have thought you would have a lot of friends though. I never imagine you being alone. You're such a star, I guess that's why." She takes another drink..

Katie laughed when Nadia called herself a mess, and shook her head. She had always been modest like this, and it was part of the reason Katie had always loved her. She made her feel at ease. She smiles a little, feeling like the tension between them was starting to melt a little as they sat and just talked. She pushes her hair back again and sits back in the seat a little, now feeling a bit more relaxed than she had when she came in. She smirks when Nadia calls her Kat. She hadn't heard that in a long time, and it made her realise how much she missed Nadia. "Aww thank you. I've been trying to look a bit more stylish lately. I was starting to look like such a mum!" She laughs.

"I'm glad the music lasts forever. After I was gone for a year I was a bit worried I'd try to come back and people would be all 'meh'," she says, shrugging her shoulders. "Your music will though. People will always remember all your songs. Nadia AND GirlSpice. I was so glad to see you girls back again! It was massive." She smiles at her, almost forgetting that things were supposed to be tense between them. "You know me. I could never resist talking up Nadia Berry. You always were my weakness," she jokes, before seeing Nadia looking down. This makes her remember everything wasn't as rosy between them as she thought. She nods as she listens to her talk about Ryan. "I can sympathise with that. Yeah. The perils of loving a musician huh?" She says sympathetically. "Did I hear you got married though? That's so massive! Congratulations!" She beams. "I know that's what you always dreamed of. I'm so happy for you, Nads! How are you guys finding it?" When Nadia congratulates her, she looks down at her ring. "Thank you. It was such a surprise. I never expected him to do it. I'm so happy though. We've been great, as well. Perfect...well almost. He's been perfect for me this past year and a half. For me and Lucas. I really love him."
