Vanessa laughs and shakes her head. "Fine, I will attempt to teach you how to cook. Even though that takes most of the fun out of it." 'Or could add some new fun,' she added in her head, but didn't dare say it out loud. They had only just now gotten past the last time they slept together. Making it obvious that she wanted to do it again could only make their situation worse. "What? I'm a blonde American girl. You're lucky you're getting me to eat this," she says back, shaking her head and then winking. "I love pasta. And pizza. Anything Italian. And ranch. Ranch is the greatest invention on Earth." She grins. "What about you? I make you all this food, and I've never once asked you what you like."

After parking, Jimmy exits his car, his hands in his pockets as he spots Eva. "Hey, hey, hey." He says as he walks up to her.

JImmy returns the hug, with a grin of his own, "I..I actually have no idea what we should do today." He responds, "But...you sound a little tired."

Jimmy remembered hearing Cherry Street's new song over the net, no wonder she'd been so tired. "Sleep troubles, eh? Is it because you've been so busy, and I don't think there's such a thing as quiet in this city."

"I bet." He responds, his hand intertwined with hers, he hadn't seen her for a while and he'd almost forgot what it was like. When Eva's head laid against his shoulder, it all came back at once, "I think we can do that."

Jimmy moves forward, his hand still clasped together with Eva's, "I think I know just the place. There's a small basement club a few blocks from here. One of those types of places where everyone snaps their fingers and all."

"A little bit of everything really. Staying out of trouble, writing here and there." He mentions, looking up to the sky. "What about you besides slowly getting internationally famous."

Jimmy laughs, "I'll jinx it? Haha, c'mon, you don't really think that." And then he feels her squeeze his hand, and he gives his own light squeeze back. "Well, that's good. Those are basically the three needs of regular people, eating, sleeping and Rod Serling."

"I'm glad I'm not the only one whose superstitious." Jimmy responds, he thought she took music seriously, and even though he hadn't heard many songs by Eva (other than the ones Cherry Street released that is), he hoped she'd take off a bit. He looks over to her as the wind wisps by, "Well, don't worry. We'll be in a dark basement surrounded by complete strangers in a bit."

As the wind blew harder Jimmy felt Eva grasp his arm, and he put his own out in front of him, seeking to guide them through the harsh wind. "I think I hate winter too." He mentioned offhandedly.
