Aikya was browsing the indie record store that sat a few blocks away from her condo in the busy city of Los Angeles . In her hand she had a cup of coffee with an excessive amount of sugar . At least it made her look grown up . She had quickly thrown on sweatpants and a baggy white tee with an oversized sweatshirt on top of it after learning her Destroyer 12" was scratched . She was now floating through the aisles to the music playing as she browsed for another Kaputt copy . It was pretty old -- coming out over 3 years ago -- but it was a classic . With free time after filming, Isaac had the opportunity to check out a local record store. With the help of a handy app on his phone, he had managed to find a copy of the LP he wanted, a copy of the latest Cloud Nothings LP. While there, he happened to notice someone.
"Oh hey!" He shouted from an aisle over, waving his hand at Aikya. He had a few of her songs on his computer, but he'd never met her in person. |

Aikya looked up from the rack of CD's she was rummaging through , seeing Isaac Lovelock . Fangirl mode She thought . She looked down again and laughed at herself before looking back up and waving . It was rare anyone ever noticed Aikya out in public but loved it every time .
"Hi there !" She shouted back with a quirky smile on her face . |

Isaac walked over, he could barely notice that it was her, but he could still due to her 'certain' look. "That's a good one." He said, pointing to the vinyl in her hand, returning her smile with one of his own. |

She watched as Isaac made his way over to her . Aikya lightly smacked her teeth when he commented on the record in her hand . "What do you know about Destroyer ?" She took a sip of her coffee set down the album as she put her hand out for a shake . "It's nice to finally meet you , Isaac ." |

"Well ," She drags the word and laughs with him . "we could always meet other places . At a more timely schedule . Wearing clothes that are meant to be taken serious ... and eating food that isn't that good but looks serious ." She reaches the cashier and places down the 7" , waiting for the guy at the cashier to ring it up . "This record store would always be here and damn LA if it isn't ." She grins . |
