"One day you'll realize the importance of Hello Kitty." Honor smirked a bit and then shook her head. "No, I'm fine. Thanks though." She could sense he didn't want to stand and watch her pack so she decided to somewhat make a bargain. "Well...what if I left some things here? I mean you said so yourself, Jynx likes to mess with my things. I could leave a few things here just so she doesn't get too sad." Using the cat was working for the both of them. She also wanted the chance to somehow keep herself here even when she leaves.

"Hmmm.....well, I didn't really care for this shirt much, or this hat." As she picked up a few things, she looked at Jynx who wasn't paying much attention to her anyway. She smiled and then picked out one of her flowered pair of leggings she had. "I think that should be enough. I'll just take everything else with me, how's that?" Honor turns to him with her chosen things in her hand. "Just make sure whenever you bring another girl around she doesn't see, or she might think you have someone else hidden here." She said this jokingly but hoped he'd not start dating again but if he did, she wouldn't interfere.

"Sure. As long as it's not Barbra. I love you but....Streisand would get no love in my home." Honor smiled, remembering how much grief she gave him for his taste in music and movies sometimes. She was sure whatever he gave her, she'd probably worship it like a false idol. If it was a shirt, she'd wear it to bed every night. No matter what it was, she'd make sure that it wouldn't get dusty and would remind her of Alec. She then went over to the edge of the bed and sat on it. Truth be told, she was staying over a lot longer than she had planned but that was only because she thought it would be tense and awkward.

"Oh, excuse me. I forgot even I don't have precedence over the mighty Streisand." Honor giggled and then continued watching him. "Are you giving me your entire wardrobe? I mean I don't mind." She smiles, happy the two of them could talking civilly and without menace. She never wanted Alec to be an enemy or stranger to her. She looked at Jynx and picked her up, as she softly stretched and yawned a bit. She laughed. "I'll take them. They mean much more than you think to me."

Honor looks at them for a second then smiles, looking back at him. "I'll treat them as if they were my own." She stood up, letting Jynx jump off the bed and onto the floor. "I should get going. I promised lunch with my dad. If I don't show, he'll think something happened to me again." She walks towards him and gives him another hug. "I'll keep in touch and I'll maybe come by next weekend? To check on Jynx and make sure she's not giving you too much trouble on your own."

Honor nodded her head, knowing that he meant him but Jynx would be their little insider. She starts to walk downstairs, heading outside to her car. She opens the door so he can put the box inside. "Oh, I must admit, even with the whole messy thing you have going on here, you still look good." She winked at him and then laughed softly. She knew that saying goodbye for now was bittersweet but in the end, she knew the two of them weren't completely done with each other. If she had her way, she'd be coming by tomorrow and the next day but she did want to really think things through before acting, the first time in her life she'd consider planning for her future.

Honor hugs him tightly, wishing they could just be this way forever. "It's no problem, really. I'll hold you to that." She gives him another kiss on his cheek before slowly pulling away. "Take care of yourself, Holter." She smiles softly at him. It was a sad but happy smile. She was sad to go but happy they could patch things up sort of. At least, she figured they were on good terms now.

Eva stands out on the balcony of her apartment, cigarette in hand, cell phone in the other, alternating between putting her weight on one foot or the other - one of her favorite nervous ticks. Her band mates and her were having a small party at their house for their closest friends - most of them out of the music world - in honor of them finishing their debut album and getting ready to start working their second one. They all knew that once the process of writing and producing started for album #2, they wouldn't have much time to socialize or hang out anymore, so this was their last big hurrah before then. Eva takes a drag on her cigarette as Vanessa comes out on the balcony as well and lights one up.

"Is Timmy coming?" Vanessa asks as she looks down at the cars driving down the street.

"Jimmy. And I think so. I invited him, anyhow," Eva says back. She glances inside and sighs. There were already a lot of people in their apartment. She enjoyed going to parties, but she hated hosting them. She hated feeling like she had to be "on" all the time. It felt like too much pressure to her. "What about Jake? Is he coming?"

"Psh, nah, I haven't heard from him in a while. I think it's over between us."

"Aw, sorry." Eva never really had a lot of sympathy for Vanessa's constant on-and-off-again relationships with several different men. Unlike Eva, Vanessa had the ability to find a new one almost immediately.

"Don't be. He was kind of a jerk anyway."

Right after Vanessa responds, Aubrey peaks her head through the balcony door, looking agitated. "Hey, I'm sure you all are really working hard on getting the party going out here," she says sarcastically. "But we need somebody to go get ice."

"On it!" Vanessa immediately responds before Eva can, stubbing out her cigarette and walking back into the apartment.

Once Vanessa was far enough away from the door, Aubrey looks at Eva and gives her a small smile. "Don't get all flustered by this party, okay? It's all people we know anyhow."

"Yeah, I know. Thanks. I'll be in once I finish this," Eva responds, holding up the cigarette. Aubrey nods and ducks back into the party.

Eva lets out a deep sigh and shakes her head, taking the last drag and then heading back inside. She heads towards the kitchen, acting like she had something pressing to do in there, giving a few waves and smiles to the people who waved and smiled at her. Once in the kitchen, she grabs a beer and takes a sip, already telling it was going to be a long night of trying to avoid long conversations with her friends. At least until Jimmy got there.

Eva was looking through the food that they had laying out on the kitchen counter for her guests when her phone buzzed next to her. She picked it up and read it, smiling a little bit as she quickly walked towards the door and let him in. "Hey," she says quietly, trying not to draw attention to them. "Thank god you're here. I think I'm starting to realize that I hate most of the people I know." She says this jokingly, but raises her eyebrows a little bit to show that she's half-serious as well. She moves out of the way of the door to let him in.

"Aw, really, they're fine. I'm just not really in the mood to be social and talk about music and all that..." Eva says back. One thing she did really like about being in a relationship with Jimmy was that they hardly ever talked about work. "Of course I'd invite you. What's the point of dating somebody if I can't show them off to everybody I know?" She giggles and winks, obviously joking. "Want a drink?"
