I think Pantera are a really good band, it's just that I also find the whole Dimebag worship to utterly nauseating. And that song in all fairness is stunning, well fucked off that it's not on Rock Band 2 but the rest of the album is. But then the Rock Band games are so fucking nauseatingly sanitised so I guess a song about suicide and drugs being banned is hardly a shocker. Besides, my last.fm record goes back to 2004 so I definitely liked Pantera more back then. |
