Daniel Arrested for robbing Bananas from a Food Market!


OK, you will not believe this! Daniel (you know the one hit wonder freak who sang that "Banana Boy" song) is now in jail for robbery. And catch this......For apparently running into a food market and taking a bunch of bananas without paying for them. He than ran back and the manager got a hold of him.

WTF...........

Apparently he was shooting it for a music video, but did not ask permission for the scene to take place. Not only is he being charged for robbery, but for disturbing peace in a public place. Daniel can also face charges if he releases video footage of the act.

Here's what the manger had to say:

Manager (54 Years old): "We saw the young man run in the store...... like a monkey. He went straight to the racks picked up a bunch and ran out.
Now, I... I just froze because I was just in shock. I could't believe what I was seeing.The weird thing of it all is that his camera crew were there catching it on tape. Then I realized, a man just robbed my store! I then obviously picked up the phone and called the cops. He then returned and I got a hold of him. This has to be one of the most weirdest things I have ever seen happened in my store. These kids just don't get it. I'm just tired of it!".

Unfortunately the manager refused to release the video footage of Daniel robbing the store to the public, so we really can't see it. DARN!

Daniel was arrested immediately . No word on bail out yet.

Daniel has been bailed out of Jail, but will be facing a judge for hearing in October 2010.
