1. How did you guys all meet?

Joe Stirling (Singer): We grew up together. Went to the same school and all that stuff. We weren't all attached at the hip or anything like that, we had our own friends and groups, but we have pretty much always known each other.

2. What made you decide to become a band?

Well, in our town, and our state for the most part, the music scene is pretty shit. Im not saying there arent good bands on the local scene, but compared to most cities, we dont have quite as many. So we just decided to make a band and have our shot at it, ya know? I guess if we dont make it, I can stop bitching about it (laughs)

3. What sort of influences do you have?

We dabble into a lot of different genres. Pop punk and hardcore being our foundation. Post hardcore, heavy metal, deathcore show up in there as well. With out future recordings we hope to explore a variety of options.

4. What are your ambitions within the music industry?

To make music that we can be proud of. Tours, labels, all of that stuff is fun, but musically I think that we all just want to kind of leave our stamp on the industry.

5. Do you have any material set for release?

Our first song is up for streaming on our website. And our debut EP should be released near the start of February.

6. What do you think of talent shows like AATW?

They're ok. To be honest I think it is kind of cheating. A lot of bands grind it out, touring small gigs and self financing albums for years and years before getting signed. I think thats the way you should do it. Not get on some TV show and over the course of a month you're turned into some corporate star.

7. Who are the artists (in game) out there that you think will be the stars of 2011?

Of course you cant answer this question without mentioning Infinite. I'm very interested to see Jason Smith's new project as well. I absolutely love Daniel. He is a creative genius. I'm hoping Suburban Sunrise puts out some new material. They are my favorite band!

8. What was your favourite (in game) album of 2010?

Fathers Of Fury's debut blew me away. Hands down.

9. What are your opinions on the labels out there?

To be honest I dont really pay attention to all of that stuff. I mean, it's not like I am getting signed next week.

10. What would it mean for you guys to get signed by a mainstream label?

Eh. With the internet age, there is so many ways to get music out in the world. Our debut EP is gonna be an all digital release, which is exciting for us. If we get signed, we get signed. If we dont, we'll find the means to get our name out there.
