Rory woke up in Veronica's bed ahead of one of his last days in the country with her before heading out on tour with TopLADs. It had been almost 2 years since TopLADs had made any form of appearance in the spot light so Rory was feeling rather nervous but he was always pretty good at keeping his composure. Since he and Veronica got back together he'd been spending a lot of time with her while he had the chance during album recording and he was enjoying being around her more often, he definitely was in love and he knew it. He turned over to see if Veronica was in bed with him.

Rory smiled as she spoke to him. He knew he was leaving soon and it hurt him, even though he'd only be gone for around a month it still felt like he had a lot of time to catch up on with her. He would always feel like he missed out on a lot of time with Veronica because of their break up and his tours but he'd always give Veronica as much of his time as he possibly could. He kissed her on the head and smiled. "Good morning, princess..." he stretched a little before yawning heavily. "I hope you're in the mood for being spoilt today." he smiled at her.

"Well, you've got a month without me on the way so obviously you need a load of new stuff to soften the blow of suffering without your favourite person in the whole world. Also you know how much I like spoiling you, does there ever need to be a reason?" he smirked before grabbing her and pulling her in for a cuddle. "I'm gonna miss you princess, you better be coming to the awards with me in a few days." he chuckled.

"You being alive and in the same bed as me every night is a good enough reason I suppose, and you're naked, that's enough to make me want to give you everything." he smirks. "I think I'm developing some weaknesses because of you, Miss Carter." he smirked and cuddled up to her, giving her a soft kiss on the lips. "The FCA's, babe. Unfortunately we'll have to put up with Suzie hosting but me and the band may or may not be making an appearance on stage. Wink wink. I'd need a date of course and you seem pretty hot." he winked.

Rory smirked. "I'm glad we're on the same page then, Miss Carter" he winked and kissed back, chuckling a little. As she hesitates when he mentioned Suzie, he chuckled again. "I thought you'd have that reaction, I almost changed my mind when I found out but it's an important gig for us and I'd love it if you would be there with me." he knew she hated Suzie even more than he did and she had every right to, Suzie had tried to make Veronica's life hell at times. "Look, I'm not nominated for any awards so how about we go in, we perform and then we go have a night out in New York? I'm not really fussed on the event but I wanna get this performance done."
