SYNCO - GOLDIES PERFORMACE (Girl Group Evolution Medley & "Don't Fight It" Premiere)The arena is dark as SYNCO is announced the darkness lingers for a few seconds as the applause die down before we see a bit screen light up flashing quotes from each girl as they write on what it's been like being in the group and knowing each other and how close they've become over the past few years Alex wrote:Being in this group has been one hell of a journey to think we started not knowing of each others existence and ended up being where we are now it's incredible we've managed to go from strangers, to friends, to sisters and I'm so grateful to know these four wonderful women Naomi wrote:For a large portion of my life I've always wondered what it would be like to be in a girl group I have been in a few before SYNCO but I don't think that any of those groups even come close to being as close as we are there's this sisterhood that I think every great girl group has you see it in all of the biggest girl groups and I'm glad to say that we have that sisterhood Jamie wrote:I've always looked up to girl groups all of my life I loved seeing the bond they shared with one another Destiny's Child, TLC, Spice Girls and so many more I also loved the fact that they got to do what they loved with the people they loved never in my life did I think I would have the opportunity to be able to say that I am doing that but here I am, here we are doing exactly that and I couldn't be happier Nicole wrote:Three years ago if you'd have told me that one day I'd be singing, dancing, selling out stadiums and so much more with four girls that I adore, appreciate and love I would've called you crazy but right now I can actually say all of that and I thank God every day for that for sending these four incredibly strong, beautiful, and talented women into my life, for allowing us to do what we love, and for allowing us to share this experience together it's honestly a dream come true Layla wrote:It's been about three years now that's three years of laughing, three years of crying, three years of fighting, three years of love, three years since we were formed and each day is better than the last I'm proud to call these four girls, Alex, Naomi, Nicole, and Jamie not just my band mates, not just my friends but my sisters, my family I've grown with them from an awkward 16 year old with a Weekend obsession to a 19 almost 20 year old woman and they've had a big part in my maturing for all the times I could count on them to make me smile, to be my shoulder to cry on, and to guide me in the right direction I will always love them and I hope that everyone could have someone that could effect their lives the way these four women have effected mine I am forever grateful for them LOLLIPOP - THE CHORDETTES (Cover Acapella)As Layla's final message begins to fade off of the screen the arena fades back into the darkness for a few seconds as the arena remains silent suddenly two blue lights illuminate the stage and the five girls of SYNCO slowly begin to rise from under the floor of the stage each girl is seen holding a microphone and looking down at the ground from left to right it goes Layla, Nicole, Jamie, Naomi, Alex the five girls stand there for a few seconds as the audience begin to cheer them on the girls continue looking down in this pause for a few seconds until the audience begins to die down a little bit which is when the member furthest to the right Alex Grey brings her microphone up to her mouth and sings the lyrics The Chordettes 1950s hit single "Lollipop" she starts out giving a solid mid range vocal delivery on her own despite this though she doesn't seem to be able to capture that 1950s charm the Chordettes brought to it that being said there is a sort of modern vibe that Alex does manage to bring to it after finishing the first few lyrics from the intro of the girl group classic she goes in for into it again this time joined by Nicole and Jamie who deliver higher tones to the harmony bringing a more classic yet somehow modern harmony as Jamie sings a step higher than Alex and Nicole ties this in singing in a higher pitch which she is known for in the harmonies the way these girls were able to just jump in so easily and smoothly shows how well these girls know each others voices especially compared to the harmonies they had given us in their first performance together on X Factor finale the girls seem to have gotten a feel for one another and are able to blend their different vocals flawlessly to create a beautiful harmony after finishing this part together we hear the three go in once again in the same way this time however the girls are joined by Layla shockingly takes the lower part to the harmony showing off a deeper side to her usual higher pitched raspy unique vocals this side is actually much easier and more appealing compared to her higher pitch which is a bit easier on the ears drawing the listener in as Layla blends her voice in to the already incredible harony from Alex, Jamie, and Nicole as they sing the last "lollipop" Naomi also joins in bringing the harmony to a fuller whole despite it being for only one word however it does leave the audience and viewers wanting more as this is a newer harmony from the girls however they bring the song to an end

LollipopBABY LOVE - THE SUPREMES (Cover)After performing an acapella rendition of The Chordettes "Lollipop" we hear the beat to yet another girl group classic this time by one of the biggest girl groups of all time The Supremes though the girls are in a more stripped back setting we see them do a little choreographed 50s/60s style sway going along with the beat and overall feel of the song after hearing Naomi deliver Dianna Ross' "Ooh" we hear all of the girls come in to sing in unison as they take on the backing vocals as Layla is given the lead vocals through out the first half of the song the girls give us lighter backing vocals than usual as Layla fronts the first half of the song using her lighter yet raspy vocals to put her own spin on it adding a few riffs and runs here and there which may seem to be like over singing to some viewers but long time fans of the group are most likely enjoying Layla's rendition while fans of The Supremes are probably not enjoying it as muchafter the first half we hear Naomi come in once again starting up the second half and this time taking lead throughout the second half as Layla this time joins the girls in delivering backing vocals this time for Naomi who manages to put her own spin on the song while also retaining the original despite having deeper vocals than Dianna Ross Naomi manages to somehow make it work well giving it a more modern touch while again also retaining to the original as well rather than making it completely her own like Layla had done the girls continue to do their little sway as well as Naomi leads before bringing the classic to an end
LaylaNaomiAllOoh baby love, my baby love I need you, oh how I need you But all you do is treat me bad Break my heart and leave me sad Tell me, what did I do wrong To make you stay away so long
'Cause baby love, my baby love Been missing ya, miss kissing ya Instead of breaking up Let's do some kissing and making up Don't throw our love away In my arms, why don't you stay?LADY MARMALADE - LABELLE (Cover)After finishing the Supremes classic the tone changes up to a more upbeat piano sound the girls begin to dance to this in an unchoreographed style just dancing with each other Naomi speaks into her microphone as the girls dance and the instrumental plays " Y'all need to get up on your feet real quick" she says before she begins dancing again as well before the girls all come in singing in unison to the opening of LaBelle's Lady Marmalade made famous by a later cover by Christina Aguilera, P!nk, Mya and Lil Kim however the girls this time were singing the original rather than putting time in to harmonize the girls decided to have fun with it singing in unison to one another and dancing together playing around with each other the girls despite singing in unison still manage to blend their unique voices along with each other a few members in the audience can be seen dancing as well as the girls finish the intro we hear Layla come in the girls continue to dance as she takes the lead for the first half of the first verse with that unique raspy light voice this time rather than oversinging she manages to stay a bit more tame mainly because her part here is smaller than in the previous song immediately after Layla finishes her part we hear Nicole come in continuing on from Layla however the difference in the two girls' vocals is very much apparent with Nicole having a more solid, strong and mature sounding voice than Layla she sings her part in a more seductive style though which goes along well with the sexy song after the verse the girls go into chorus of the song once again singing together before Naomi delivers "Creole lady marmalade" on her own showing off her deeper soulful yet sultry vocals before they head into the next part together once again singing in unison after this part we hear Nicole end the song while also showing off the power in her voice as she delivers the three "Hey, hey, hey"'s that come before the third verse Nicole's belts each one out flawlessly before the song ends
LaylaNicoleNaomiAllHey sister, go sister, soul sister, go sister Hey sister, go sister, soul sister, go sister

Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir? Voulez-vous coucher avec moi?
Hey, hey, heyWE ARE FAMILY - SISTER SLEDGE (Cover)As Nicole belts out the final lyrics to the Lady Marmalade cover the girl piano changes to yet another girl group classic "We Are Family" by Sister Sledge the girls all come in once agin in unison singing throughout the chorus/intro each girls voice blending together the performance turning into more of a party now as the girls each show of their vocals in unison while dancing the members of the audience are also seen dancing along to the performance along with a few celebrities like Ashley Grimmie and Carmen V who is even seen singing along in the crowd to the classic after finishing the intro we hear Layla once again open up the first verse with those light unique lighter vocals she shows off what her vocals are capable of here more giving us a few impressive runs for her short part before we hear Naomi come in taking the next part in a deeper style matching the more soulful upbeat track perfectly as though her vocals were made to sing this song we then hear Alex take over who also shows off how well her deeper husky vocals fit the soulful track she also shows the control she has over her vocals as well displaying a few little runs here and there but nothing seems overdone on her part after Alex we hear Nicole come in singing a bit higher showing some of the power we heard earlier but still holding back before Jamie finishes Nicole's part in a similar style the girls then head back into the the chorus the girls sing in unison and once again dance together looking as though they're having the time of their life though there is no choreography and this is supposed to be seen as a more of a stripped back performance the girls bring a certain energy to the performance showing the connection they have not only with each other but with the song as well and with the audience as they seemed to have drawn them into the performance as well as the girls sing through the chorus each can be heard showing off their vocals with a few ad libs Naomi starts it giving us a well delivered run with smoother deep soulful vocals that the girls respond well to this is followed up by Alex Grey who let's out an edgier ad-lib singing in a higher style than usual and showing off the rough rasp in her vocals which once again are well recieved by the girls Layla follows the two with a run of her own as she sings the line "Sing it to me" really giving the listener a well placed run rather than her usual random ones Jamie's isn't heard as much despite having the most powerful vocals she seems to hold back here however Nicole ends the up beat song with a whistle note which actually seems to almost shock some of the girls bringing the song to an end
AlexLaylaNaomiNicoleJamieAllWe are family I got all my sisters with me We are family Get up everybody and singEveryone can see we're together As we walk on byAnd we fly just like birds of a feather I won't tell no lieAll of the people around us they say Can they be that closeJust let me state for the recordWe're giving love in a family dose We are family (yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah uh) I got all my sisters with me (oh, oh) We are family Get up everybody and sing (sing it to me, sing it to me)
We are family I got all my sisters with me We are family Get up everybody and singWANNABE - SPICE GIRLS (Cover)After Nicole brings an end to "We Are Family the girls take a break and watch as the audience cheer them on they smile out at the audience Jamie brings the microphone up to her mouth this time as the audience cheers begin to die down she then yells the opening lyric to "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls into it yelling out "Yo I'll tell you what I want what I really, really want" the beat then begins to play and the girls follow along singing the next part to her in unison over the fun upbeat instrumental as they once again dance and sing to each other the girls chemistry and connection is once again put on display here as they bring a certain energy to the stage when they're together that not many can bring the girls and Jamie go back and fourth this way one more time before Jamie brings the chorus/intro to an end after this we hear Alex open up the first verse in a smoother style than before the huskiness in her voice can still be heard but it's under a bit more control this time immediately following is Layla sings in that raspy light style she's known for she manages to not add any unnecessary runs this time around and delivers her part decently Naomi then follows singing in a more pop-ish style than she usually does showing off a lighter side to her vocals here she's followed by Nicole who sings in a more cutesy yet confident style not really giving us much vocally but matching the song we then hear Jamie come in once again for the pre-chorus before the girls come back in for a more simple harmony with Nicole and Jamie taking the higher parts Layla taking the middle and Alex and Naomi taking the lower parts of the harmony this is their go-to style and they prove that as they pull it off effortlessly after the chorus they wrap up the song and head into the next one
AlexLaylaNaomiNicoleJamieAllYo, I'll tell you what I want, what I really really want, So tell me what you want, what you really really want, I'll tell you what I want, what I really really want, So tell me what you want, what you really really want, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna really really really wanna zigazig ha. If you want my future forget my past, If you wanna get with me better make it fast, Now don't go wasting my precious time, Get your act together we could be just fine I'll tell you what I want, what I really really want, So tell me what you want, what you really really want, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna really really really wanna zigazig ha. If you wanna be my lover, you gotta get with my friends (gotta get with my friends) Make it last forever friendship never ends, If you wanna be my lover, you have got to give, Taking is too easy, but that's the way it is.NO SCRUBS - TLC (Cover)After ending "Wannabe" the beat to a more mellow "No Scrubs" by TLC begins playing the intro plays out for a little while before Layla comes in opening the song with her unique vocals singing in a softer tone Naomi follows singing in a softer tone as well however the difference between the to is very apparent as Layla has a more unique raspy voice whereas Naomi has a more smooth deeper voice the two share the first verse before heading into the pre-chprus where Layla starts it and her and Naomi go back and forth throughout the pre-chorus they are also backed up by Jamie, Alex and Nicole who harmonize in a deeper sexier style than usual with Alex taking the lowest then Jamie then Nicole blending their vocals together rather well in this different style harmony after the pre-chorus all of the girls sing in unison throughout the chorus they then skip past the next few verses and head straight into the bridge/build up section where we hear all five girls harmonize in a similar style to the "no"'s from the pre-chorus earlier however the girls are this time backed up by Layla who gives a few ad-libs throughout this section they then head into the chorus once again which is delivered in the same style it previously was before bringing this cover to an end as well
