am i some sort of bogeyman now, who is wheeled out in any coment as an example of the anti-christ?

i read these topics because im a mod, and its something i have to do (sigh)... i am also highly opinionated and like to point out things i find amusing, for example people loving a "live" performance when it is so obviously and painfully mimed..

Well, yes I'm clearly aware of that. What I meant is that my dislike of Shakira is not because Steph likes her, but because I don't. I'm quite happy for Steph to pop up and have his say on whatever fucking shit band I start pimping on the board, so long as he at least listens to a couple of songs before shitting over whoever, because music is subjective, that's the whole point.

I am so disappointed, WTF are you doing Shakira, this better not be the third single, or a single period. I like the song but why get these rappers on the track. It's not you and

Now the good part
The song is catchy as hell, "anything you want you could make it yours" sounds so catchy, I love it but why have these rappers on this track, Lil Wayne is hawt don't get me wrong but this song does not need him on it.

Gah, no thanks. Timberland's shit any hoo but Lil Wayne AND Shakira can do so much better than this naff. Lil Waynes been off form though lately so twas to be expected. Still, dissapointed Shakira.

Agreed. Yeah I thought Lil Wayne would be a little rougher with his lyrics, but Shakira wrote the song with them so I'm guessing that's why.

Timbaland USED to be quite good. But then he started putting himself all over the place and clearly became an extreme egomaniac circa around 2005 or 06, not to mention that he started appearing in every fucking pop song for a while in that period. I'm not by any stretch of the imagination a fan of Timbaland, but I will say that he hasn't always been crap, but he has for at least 4 years.

Oh, and credit where it's due, he did have 3 songs on Bjorks rather good Volta album.
