I really don't have a problem with Coldplay, I think Don't Panic is one of the better songs of the 2000's. |

They truly are a pretty good band with meaningful songs. It's just most ppl hate them because they're overrated and/or think they're fake u2 impressionists. |

Dirty Projectors' Bitte Orca is one of my favorite albums of all time, this is the song that converted me to the rest of the album. |

Saw Icebreaker perform this thing live and it was one of the most enjoyable hours of live music I have ever born witness to. Just devastating when instruments drop in and out later on in the piece. Edited by user 29 November 2010 07:11:47(UTC)

Without meaning to sound like a twat, I think The Locust is one of the few bands out there making music which as a whole really reflects the modern face of western society. Musically, thematically, lyrically, can't think of many that better speak to the high-on-sugar-substitute-cognitive-dissonance-hundred-thoughts-a-minute-rat-race-urban-decay-o-rama of our age.
