Honor picks up her fork and starts to move the lettuce around before grabbing a piece and eating it with some of the chicken. She smiled. "Better than expected." She then poured the ranch on top of it and continued eating. It was the perfect setting for them. They were enjoying a nice dinner with a magnificent view, it was almost a movie scene or something. In the back of her head she was still trying to find the perfect gift for him.

Honor looked up at him and smiles, caught off guard by his sudden affection. "I love you more." It was nice she could finally say things like this and not feel weird about it, and she actually meant it as well. She reached over with one of her hands and grabbed his, squeezing it gently.

"We're not going to have sex on the beach are we? I thought we were at a mutual agreement that was a bad idea?" Honor laughed a little and then nodded. "I'd love to." She eats some more of her salad and then sighs. "Okay, I'm going to be completely unromantic and spoil your gift because I have no idea what I could possibly get you. I wanted it to be a surprise but...I think it might be better if you pick out what you want. Anything, anything at all, and I'll get it." She hoped this idea would work and he'd cooperate and not say he didn't want anything or she'd feel even more disappointed.

Honor laughs at his loud laugh. She found it to be ridiculously adorable and she enjoyed it. "Good, good. I'm just making sure." When he looks shocked, she raises her eyebrow. Did he not expect her to remember? Or maybe he didn't think she'd buy him a gift? Whatever the cause, she was sure that he could at least think of one thing. When he mentions coming back here as his gift, she looks a little weary. "Really? That's all? No fancy watch? No new car? Not even a blowjob? Well, that was easy. We should do this every year." She smirked. "Fine, if that's what you want then...consider that to be your gift."

"You're right. It's my duty as a girlfriend to prove that service without being asked." She winks at him and then drank some more of her beer, finishing what was left of her salad. She wiped her mouth with her napkin and then nodded. "We should come here the week of Valentine's Day then, so we can spend lots of time together." She thought this was a great plan, they would make it a tradition to spend time in this beautiful place. "Sounds like a gift for the both of us."

At 2:30 in the afternoon, Vanessa had received a text that there was going to be a huge party in some old abandoned warehouse downtown, and of course, she knew that she would go - and invite Jake to it as well. The two of them had seemed to come to a mutual agreement during their last date that they both liked each other. She wasn't sure if that meant that they were in a relationship or not, but it definitely meant that she was going to start inviting him to more things. So now, at a little after midnight, she stood outside the warehouse, the ground under her black leather high heels vibrating with the sound of the electronica music playing inside. Vanessa's other bandmates - Tessa, Aubrey, and Eva - were already in the party, probably having the time of their life, but Vanessa was still waiting for Jake to show up while she finished off the last cigarette in her pack. Her blonde hair was done in a messy, but artfully done bun on the top of her head, and she was rocking a simple, low-cut black dress.

Vanessa was about to go into the party and let Jake figure out where she was on his own, but then she felt the tapping on her shoulder and knew immediately that it had to be him. She turns around, her cigarette still resting in between her two fingers, and smiles. "Hey," she says, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek before dropping her cigarette on the ground and stomping it out. "Nice of you to show up."

"I wouldn't know if anything important had happened yet. I haven't even been inside yet," Vanessa says back with a small grin as she opens the sliding door into the warehouse and is immediately hit with the volume of the music full force, and a strobe of flashing lights of all different colors. There's a huge crowd, and everybody seems to be at least drunk or high as they dance or - the more popular alternative - feel each other up. Vanessa takes Jake by the hand and leads him through the crowd until she finds the rest of her group. "Hey, guys," she shouts over the music. "This is Jake. I think you all met."

"Yeah, I think once before. Nice to see you again," Tessa says back while the two other girls just nod and offer small hellos.

"Well, whatever. My name is Tessa," Vanessa's roommate offers with a smile.

Vanessa looks around the place until she spots a bar off in the corner. "Hey, Jake, why don't you go get me and you something to drink. Apple martini please. Thanks." She gives him a grin as she reaches into her bra and pulls out a few, crumpled up dollar bills and slides them into his hand.

By the time Jake made it back to the group of women, Tessa and Aubrey had already found guys to dance with, and it was just Vanessa and Eva talking. Out of the three other girls, Eva was definitely Vanessa's best friend, so it was a little important to her that Jake and Eva met and get along. "Oh, thanks, Jake," she says, taking her martini from him and smiles. "This is my best friend, Eva. She's pretty cool, I guess."

Eva laughs and gives Jake a wave. "Nice to meet you finally. I've heard about you... and I've seen your underwear left on Vanessa's floor, so I knew you were real. I've just never seen you before now." She laughs again.
