Album Review
ElectroDeath has done so much for their six years of career. Since their debut album the electronic music was presented on all of their songs, even with their latest electropop album, they always made music above electro beats. But this time they totally got Clubber! The band passed through dark moment last year, with the personal problems Magie Lena main vocalist of the band got under., this helped the band on their creative process and we can see this “dark” anthem in those songs, also the lyrics are about issues that any human being can pass trough, loneliness, suffering, suicide attempt, lost of hope, but of course, above all of these intense lyrics we got electric rave cords, dubsteps base, mixed with synthesizers and sometimes house beats. Oh don’t forget the industrial electric sound the band bears since their first album, which got lost on their second album but came stronger with this new Album, so ladies and gentleman, ElectroDeath fans, and critics all over the world I present you “WRONG!”

1- Wrong! : The opening track of the album also names it, reminds us the firsts songs ElectroDeath made six years ago with their debut album “Do Not Regret”. The abuse of synthesizers in this song is mixed with dubsteps beat, forming a dark and intense electronic beat, only brooked by the acute and soft Yulia’s voice. Lyrics are about taking wrong choices in life and paying the consequences for that! Produced by Shellback and RedOne. Lyrics by Magie Lena.

2- Like Paradise: This is the second song of the album and the second single too. Here we find dubsteps melodies mixed with rave cords, also some house elements are presented too, this is a ready club song, and reminds us the intense rave songs played on European parties, I dare to say this is the best song in the album, not only for its commercial appeal but for the perfect producing that were made in this song. Lyrics are about a person faking paradise while a recovering process. Produced by Shellback and Magnetic Man. Lyrics by Magie Lena and Magnetic Man.

3- F.U.C.K.: This is an interesting song, it differs from the intense electronic beat the rest of the album presents, and here we find a sweet and happy song. This song is basically an electropop song with some house elements; we almost can hear a dubstep beat, but very weak. Lyrics, despite its name, are about a person with sex abstinence, the word “fuck” is not spelled in the song, and it is only presented on its name. Produced by RedOne and Max Martin. 4- Wild: The use of autotune is presented in this song, something that the girls already used on their last album. This bears a house electric beat, with some vocals effects; the chorus is singed under the autotune effect. Lyrics are about bullying, in a very intense way; basically girls are calling everybody to join them in a fight against bias. Produced by Max Martin and Dr. Luke. Lyrics by Dr. Luke and Magie Lena.

5- We Should Be Together: Here we find a break in all these intense electronic beats, to a soft piano ballad. This song reminds us “Lost In This Dance”, an old hit from the band, the piano is mixed with violins melodies and some electronic effects to make the perfect love song in the album. Lyrics are about someone that fell apart and left a lover behind; this lover is missing the person so much. Produced by Max Martin and Magie Lena. Lyrics by Magie Lena.

6- Famou$: This is the first single of the album which became a hit worldwide selling more than 1.8 million copies. The song bears a sultry beat, very influenced by electro-synth groove, its harmonic melody came from Magie’s voice, which is inexplicable perfect, she rages her vocal to extreme high notes and sings the song like it was a sacrifice to do, so much sexy and tragic like everything in this new album would sound The lyrics is a melodrama that goes from money and fame, to sex drugs and death, it is basically a history about a very famous person who was seduced by someone that only wants the person’s fame and fortune. 7- B!tch: This song has influences of retro and new wave music, also the girls used lots of synthesizers in this song making it sound more synthpop than any other song in the album. Lyrics are about girls power, and the things people think when they see a strong woman get a high status in society, that’s the reason the song is called “bitch”, “because people think that women can only be successful giving her pussy out!” magie about the Lyrics. 8- In The Dark: It is an uptempo and predominantly club-oriented dance-pop number that is inspired by 1980s music, it is heavy influenced by rubbery and bubbling disco synths Keyboard riffs also drive the song's instrumentation, this song bears the intense electronic melodies the whole album is carrying, but probably this is the most dark song in the album, the melody here invites t,he listener to get wild. 9- Over You: the last song in the album can be heard as the ending of these intensive electronic melodies. "Over You" is a ballad, made under an electronic bass beat, synthesizers, and a keyboard riff. It is almost a synthpop song, but due to the bass beats it also can be classified as an R&B song. 10- Wrong! (Sound Off Remix): This is a instrumental remix made to end the album, with two minutes of lengh, this final song, ends teh album with a hopefull melody. Produced By ElectroDeath.

ElectroDeath is BACK! And with a strong and vey up dance song, these week, radios received the single entitled “Famou$” the first single from their upcoming album entitled “Wrong!”, and in this single people can hear a brand new style to this electronic band that has done so much from past four years, with 16 million records sold, over 20 million singles sold, now they had the opportunity to try any melody they want, and talking about Magie, Yulia and Lilly we can expect nothing but pure club songs, and this time they totally got clubber!
Famou$ is already a hit, the song bears a sultry beat, very influenced by electro-synth groove, its harmonic melody came from Magie’s voice, which is inexplicable perfect, she rages her vocal to extreme high notes and sings the song like it was a sacrifice to do, so much sexy and tragic like everything in this new album would sound! Yulia and Lilly sing small parts in the song but they’re backup vocals match equally to Magie’s first voice as a choir in the chorus. The lyrics is a melodrama that goes from money and fame, to sex drugs and death, it is basically a history about a very famous person who was seduced by someone that only wants the person’s fame and fortune. Something that we expected after the incident which Magie passed last year, she got sick, she was stolen, she used drugs and she tried to kill herself, but something happened that made she rises, and now we can confirm with this new single that this will be ElectroDeath’s year!
The song was produced by the band itself and Shellback a brand new British producer and DJ, RedOne an old friend of the girls made a special remix for dance clubs.
The single will be released tomorrow, digitally on ITunes and Amazon, also a special physical single will be released in USA and Europe, this physical single will bring a b-side entitled “Illusion”, a piano and voice ballad singed by Lilly, and the remix made by RedOne. Famou$ - Music Video

Magie is a famous Actress, she is about to receive the Oscar, the host of the Oscar calls her name "Magie Lena", Magie goes straight to the stage to get the award, when she got at the stage she looks at the audience and a handsome man is looking at her, he is wearing black tie, he got blue eyes brown hair and a beautiful smile. After the ceremony, in the Oscar’s party this man gets closer to Magie and seduced her, they left the party to a Motel, where they had sex 'till the morning.
The song starts and Magie wakes up totally screwed, she looks at the other side of the bed and there is nobody there except a memo written, she read the memo it is written "LOSER", she starts to lip-sync the song’s lyrics, while she starts to take her clothes and stuffs from the motel. when she get out of the room's bed, the scene cuts to a TV interview where Magie is invited, she is confronted to a video tape of her having sex with this man, she met in the Oscar's Party, the TV host is played by Yulia, who sings her part in the song, when the chorus starts and the scene cuts to Magie's family dinner, she is dancing above the table and everybody thinks she is crazy, a television is turned on in the dinner room, where some gossips shows are talking about Magie's madness and shameless, the second strophe of the song starts with Lilly, now in rehab clinic where Magie was sent by her family, there she finds the man who seduced her in that party, he is Lilly's assistant, Magie is being interrogated by Lilly who’s is a psychiatrist doctor, Lilly sings her part in the song where the chorus starts again, and Magie attempt to space the clinic. While in clinic' garden, Magie run from Lilly, when she manage to escape the clinic. The final strophe of the song is sung by Magie who recently had escaped from the rehab, now she is in a bridge, trying to understand why all of that happened to her... Why she is so insane, then she got an idea.
The song enters in the last chorus, Magie is infiltrated in the rehab clinic she was sent before, and she is a spy, where she found Lilly, Yulia and that man drinking and cheering Magie's flawless. Magie enters the room with a gun, she shoots against Yulia and Lilly killing them, where she gets near the man who seduced her, and the song stops, she says to him "I love you" and she gives her weapon to him, while smiling she gets out of the room, and the police arrives in the place. Trying to understand what had happen in that clinic the police interrogates the man, he tries to explain he is innocent, but another testimony taken from Magie, incriminates the man, and the police decides to arrest the man, now in the jail the man is watching TV, and he sees Magie leaving the Oscars again, she recovered herself, in the other day the man receive visit by a mysterious woman, who gives him a pie, the man see that with the pie there is a memo saying “LOSER”, the video ends with Magie leaving the visit day on jail, smiling, and the man in the jail smiles too, looking to that memo, and writing on it the words “I Love You Too”.

HBO LIVE ELECTRODEATH ON O2 ARENA


Technical contents of the tour: There are almost 200 people who are working every date to put everything in the right way for a good concert, between them we find, dancers, band members, choreographers, costume designers, stage assistant, directors and lots of other functions that are needed to put a big concert on the road. The tour stage is made of three steps plus one staircase, behind the three steps there is a big led screen in a cylindrical form which can be opened as many times the concerts require. Others led screens are place between the steps of the staircase and beside the stage for the audience to be able to watch the concert better, even if it is too far away from the stage. Talking about places, there is four places where the audience can be, each one with a price depending on how close the person who bough will be from the stage. Also the first step of the stage is covered by a red curtain and it will only open when the show starts.

But before ElectroDeath come out at the stage, the audience is pleased with the DJ duo “EletcroLightz” any comparison with “ElectroDeath” is well come, once this duo DJ are Yulia’s brothers and also they have made remixes for the girls form the past three years. But they are the main act to open the concert for the girls, and it is fantastic the way they play their songs and some remixes form ElectroDeath in different ways to keep the crazy audience busy ‘till ElectroDeath comes out on stage to perform., talking about the stage, they only have one step of the stage lighted up, and there is two DJ tables each one has its table, they made mach ups for songs of lots of different acts like “Miss Vanity” and “Brittany Knox”, and also played remixes from ElectroDeath’s songs. in a certain moment of their performance they made a battle between them, which becomes the best moment on their performance, in this battle they use own beats with famous lyrics from hits of lot’s of artists. They end their performance with a megamix of ElectroDeath’s singles ‘till date, ending with “b!tch”. In this moment all the led screens keep showing the word “ElectroDeath” in a black background.

ACT ONE: THE HALL

VIDEO: Welcome to Mad House
A pigtail girls wearing a blue dress walks through a fogy street. She is completely alone and she can barely see what is in front of her in this fogy street, but she keeps walking, while a bell rings faraway and she decides to follow the bell’s sound, suddenly the fog disappears and she realizes that she’s at a cemetery. Trees with fallen leaves, tombstones everywhere, the fear takes control of the girl’s body, in a way that makes the girl paralyzed for a moment. Seconds after she realizes that further the cemetery there is a house, it isn’t so inviting, especially with gargoyles in the tower above the roof, which can be seen and they look like real ones, but any place is better than this scary cemetery. The girl gets the door and nock trice, and when she almost leaving, somebody opens the door and she walks in…

ElectroDeath opens the concert after an introduction video of a girl lost in cemetery, looking for a safe place, this girl find a manor, which makes connection with the name of the tour “Mad House”, the first song performed is “Wrong!”, this probably is the most experimental song ElectroDeath released since their debut album! Also the performance as an introduction is more suitable with less dance movements than what is coming next, and also the girls are wearing big grim robes, but soon as the next song starts they took off the robe revealing a sadomasochist outfit, and also they come featured with their twenty dancers, and perform the second song which is a medley of two previous hits the band released “Sparks” and “Snowfalls”, this performance belongs to the first act of the concert which is the “Hall” the stage simulates a big hall with carpets and candles all over the place, the dance steps are a bit different form the original steps these song once had, now they simulate a masochist scene, where the girls rules everything and the dancers obey, after the big medley a break dance performance near the big stairs announce the following performances. “Night Life Style” and “Wild” are the following songs performed, two big hits from the band, the performance of these songs are made in the stair, except the second half of the song “Wild” which is made in the main stage with a military dance routine, presented in the music video of the single, after these songs ElectroDeath finally talk with the audience.

ACT TWO: DINNER ROOM

VIDEO: Have a sit, take the dinner
The girl walks in the house which in fact is a mansion, a red carpet leads to a main stair, she is still alone, ‘till she decides to climb the stairs, but before she could put her foot in the first step, a woman in sadomasochist leather outfit alerts her from another door of the mansion, “If I were you, I would come to dinner before, the food is so delicious!”, without choice the girl accept the invitation and then goes where the woman stands. They walk in by a door that leads to a dinner room, where there’s a huge rectangular table in the middle of the room, different food dishes are offered in this table, only the girl and the mysterious sadomasochist woman are sitting in opposite sides in the table. The girl decides to ask “Is There anyone else come to dinner?”…

The stage gets dark and another video starts in the big screens, this time a dinner room, and after the short video a big table with different fake foods and a big lamp lifted in the middle of the table, the performance for “Famou$” starts with the girls and their dancers sited in the table simulating dinner, and as the songs goes further they start to get crazy and brake the things on the table like dishes, when the song enters the final chorus the girls are lifted by cords and the lamp falls on the table breaking it in the middle, now the crowed can see the big red dresses the girls are wearing, lifted in the air they sing the last chorus of the song, and after it, the stage gets dark and instantly is lighted up again, the girls are already on the floor in front of the broken table with their backup dancers behind them with their red dresses shorter than before to sing the smash hit “Neon”, the original dance steps of this song is performed, soon as the song ends five club globes appears lifted at the stage, and a dubstep remix of ElectroDeath first hit is performed “White Robe”, this song comes remixed with a very different melody and dance routine, a more elaborate dance is performed and the stage becomes a dance floor with the help of the club globes and lazes lights, also after the song ends a break club interlude is played and the girls talk again with the crowed.

This club party is something that ElectroDeath always did on their world tours and in this moment after some talks with the crowed the girls left the stage for some seconds and return to perform another medley, this time wearing white dresses, now with cowgirls hat, hey perform the country dance routine for the medley of “Not Fair” an old hit from the girls with the b-side gay anthem song “Fag Hag”, for this last song a big gay flag is extended and with Magie saying…

Magie: BE YOURSELF Always!

finished this performance a video entitled “are you ready to sleep?” featuring some under wears and sexy outfits appears introducing the start of the act three.

The dinner was a failure, due to the mess that was done when the masochist girl’s friends came in the room, but despite the girl’s scare she wasn’t hurt by anyone, it was getting late, and suddenly the girls felt asleep that she caught herself sleeping while sited, then the masochist girl invited the girl to sleep, she took her to the rooms on the second floor of the manor, a dark corridor fill of pictures that seemed to follow their steps, leaded to a door that was in the final of the corridor, a white light could be seen through the cracks of the door, the masochist woman said the girl to stand in front of the door and then nock on it, the girl put herself in front of the door and when she turned back to ask the masochist woman if she could knock the woman was gone. The girl nocked the door, a white light over showed the girl’s vision and another woman dressed in red lace lingerie, look at the girl and put the fingers on the mouth, just like she was preparing to make something very evil…

ACT THREE: BEDROOM / BETHROOM

VIDEO: Get Nasty
The girl over showed by the white light, when she recovered her vision back she finds herself inside a room where lots of naked people simulate sex scenes above a bed, she thinks that all of that is so weird and then she observes that those people have no face at all, and their underwear are white like the rest of the room, feeling confused she sees beside her the woman in red lingerie who says to her “Don’t you like it?”, then the girl feels something weird around her waist, it was like if someone was embracing her, without understand how could that be possible, she decides to surrender to all that nasty scene, she opens her arms and close her eyes…

The third act opens with the video “Get Nasty” , a continuation of the previous video, the stage now is composed by three circle beds, the girls appears on the beds wearing white lingerie, each one is with one male dancer to perform the next song, the synth electro song “B!tch” is performed with sexy movements on the bed, the next performance to come, the girls are followed by the male dancers who were with them, plus ten female dancers all of them wearing lingerie and shiny coat of feathers, they also bring three shiny coat of feathers, each one with a different color for the girls to wear, this performance is for the electro pop upbeat song “F.U.C.K.”, which is performed with a step routine dance and right in the bridge of the song the girls get on their beds against and they are lifted from the ground with the beds, giving the sensation of an organs, the last chorus of the song is performed by the dancers on the ground and the girls still lifted on their beds, when the song ends the stage gets dark again.
When the Stage is lighted up against, all the concert’s dancers are in a half moon circle at stage, it is time to introduce them, as they name appears in the big led screen they come in front of the circle and perform a special dance routine by their own, all of this is performed under a mash up remix of an old sexy song from ElectroDeath “Gimme More” with a Miss Vanity already covered by the band “Blackout”.

VIDEO: Take a Shower
Feeling dizzy and disoriented the girl wakes up lied on the bed, and sees that she is only wearing underwear too, when the black hooded man pull her from her arm and takes her to a bathwater, she still feels disoriented and in the bathwater she can feel lots of people touching her, it was like lots of hands was getting out of the bathwater’s bottom, but she could not see who were , because in fact it was only hands, when the man enters the bathwater the girl took off his hooded, and very afraid she can see his face, which is very handsome by the way. The man looks at her and says “It’s your choice today, your decision” and then they kiss…

When this break dance ends the stage gets dark and the video “Take A Shower” is played and after it, a big bathwater is in the middle of the stage, the girls and their dancers are on it, to perform the next song the big hit “And Then We Kiss” following the smooth melodies of the song, the choreography of this song is made by oriental movements, the dancers and the girls get so close that they almost can kiss each others mouth, but they don’t kiss, the girls are wearing skin color swimsuit with some shine crystal stones all over their bodies. After this song they get out of the bathwater and they talk a bit with the crowed,

Lilly: Ow guys, you are being amazing tonight! Thank you!
Yulia; Did you Guys knew that this concert has been recorded for HBO?
Crowed went crazy.
Lilly: All right, it’s time to slow down things right now!
Magie: This song I wrote for someone very special to me, probably I will never love someone like I loved him, but he’s gone and this is dedicated to him, I know he is always with me…

The performance of “We Should Be Together” is sung by Magie in the middle of the stage with her bath costumes and the girls beside her, they sing this song in microphones pedestals, and the only thing lighted in the stage is them, at the last strophe of the song Magie is lifted from the ground and when she arrives in a certain high, she rotates her body and it starts to rain over her, the performance ends with her falling down slowly and the stage getting dark again.

ACT FOUR: GARDEN

VIDEO: Paradise
The kiss was so good, that when the girls took over her conscience she is barefoot with a pink dress shot, she looks around her confused, and she sees there are lots of trees, and a beautiful water fountain the sky is shinnying with lots of stars, she realizes that she is all alone ‘till another woman dressed of a flower clothe which covers all her body, with her five more flower-people come together, she looks at the girl and offers her two glasses, one with a transparent liquid which seems to be very coveted by the flower-people making the girl attempted to drink it…

The Fourth act starts with the video “Paradise”, introducing the garden, the stage is lighted up again, and now the scenario bears fake trees and flowers, with a forest sound, the dancers comes out from the ground, like they were rising from earth, they wear fairy outfits, the smash hit “Like paradise” starts and like the dancers, the girls rises from the ground too, but they rise inside of big red roses, wearing fairy short dresses, , when the roses are all open they start to sing the song. The acrobatic choreography of the music video is performed by the girls at stage, when they are being throw up, and down by the male dancers there are backup singers to help them, this choreography is the most elaborated routine the girls ever did. The song ends and a big wind comes over the stage, and the green lights and fake flowers became yellow and orange, simulating a desert, another smash hit “Mirage” is performed, the girls kept they last outfit, they only wear big silk coats, and as the wind hits them, their coats flow, giving the same look as the video of the song, there is no much dance in this video except the synchronized hands movements, before the next song the girls once again talk with the audience

Lilly: We want to thank you so much!
Yulia: This is our last song guys, you are amazing we love you very, very much!
Magie: We have a wonderful night with you guys, thank you so much for coming tonight, this last song is for all of the people who are passing through hard times, there will always have an exit!”

The next song is beautiful piano ballad with an electronic drum beats, “Over You” is performed in the same scenario of the forest became desert, but as the song goes to end the forest starts to rise again, and the girls end the performance sending kisses to the crowed. The supposed last video is played, finishing the fourth act “Look at the moon”, when this video ends the stage gets dark once more.

The liquid makes the girl travel to a fantasia land that doesn’t exist, the girl realizes now that all of that was too much fantasia to her, she could not see a real thing on that house, so for the first time she decides to go by her own, to the highest room in the house so she could see where to scape. She gets out of the garden where she is, and she goes to a big staircase which probably leads to one of the towers of the house, looking to the edge of the staircase she could see the sky and the moon, now she felt a little reality in the middle of all that madness…

FINAL ACT: THE TOWER AND THE MOON

VIDEO: Climbing to the tower
The girl climbed the staircase and every step she took, she could see, the masochist woman, the lingerie woman, the hooded man, and the flower-people behind, calling and begging her to comeback, but she was decided to get out of there to a lighter and real place, she was tired of being abused by the others and this time she would take her decisions, then she reached the top of the tower, and faraway she could see the silver light of the sun rising, and it is beautiful, the sun was rising and all that darkness and madness stayed behind!

After some minutes, the stage is lighted up with small lights, simulating starts in a dark sky, and the video “Climb to the tower” is played, the crowed went crazy, the girls appears again at the stage, this time the stage is completely dark, only the girls are lighted and also the fake stars above them.

Magie: We have a special song to perform, this song we did for xtmas, but I think the spirit of Xtmas must be with us the whole year.

The song “Santa’s Coming Home” is performed by them, the girls are wearing white snow dresses, and they walk in the stage which is covered of a fog, simulating a winter, as soon the song gets near the end, it starts to snow at the stage, when the song ends, in the middle of the stage appears a white piano, Yulia goes ‘till the piano, she sits on it, and Magie and Lilly go near Yulia, to sing the last song of the night. “Lost in This Dance” is performed only with the piano melody and the girls voices, when the song enters its final chorus, silver glitter falls a the above the whole stage, when they end the song, the last words of the concerts are the ones written in the big led screen of the stage. “THANK YOU”.
