people similar to the "gangstas" or "niggas" (or whatever they want to call theirselves) here in argentina are the "cabezas" (heads). i think the term comes from "cabecitas negras" (little black heads), despectively refering to mostly bolivian, peruvian or paraguayan people and, since some decades ago, also argentinian people that live in the "villas miseria" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Villa_miseria), something similar to the brazilian "favelas". though the "cabezas" or "villeros" here are poor people (and, mostly, criminals), and i think there are not really "gangs".
just to let you know about argentinian culture. :) |
