Being rejected didn't sit well with Alec. He stood up and shook his head. "Fine then. Leave. Whatever," he says back, taking his plate that he had eaten nothing off of and taking it into the kitchen to wash off.

Honor stood there for a few minutes then she grabbed her phone and went upstairs. She figured now would be the time to leave. After all, he didn't care. Alec sits in the kitchen, his elbows on the counter and his face in his hands. He had no idea what to do. It just seemed like his whole world had come crashing down around him, and now he was stuck trying to pick up the pieces of it. He had always been the sort to be able to stay calm in stressful situations, but this was something completely different. This was life changing.

Honor soon got herself together and she finished packing up her stuff. She went to take a shower and then changed clothes. She glanced at the room before walking out with her bag on her shoulder and her purse on her arm. She looked over at Alec, unsure what she could say right now. |

Alec wraps his arms around Honor tightly, kissing the top of her head over and over again as his eyes start to get watery again. "Thank you... Thank you for not leaving..." He says, his voice breaking a bit. He kisses her again, loving having her in his arms and knowing that she was there.

When they reach his room, he lays down on top of the covers and sighs, the sigh a mixture of relief and tiredness. He lifts up the covers and makes a motion for Honor to come join him.

Alec shakes his head. "I wasn't crying," he lies. "My eyes were watering. I got spice into them while I was making breakfast, so..." He shrugs, knowing how awful of a lie that is, and that there's no way Honor would believe it.
