It's very early morning and Cassie is asleep next to Karoliena. Having been cold during the night, she is cuddled up tightly to Karoliena, across on her girlfriend's side of the bed. Suddenly, a little chink of light appears as the bedroom door is pushed slowly open. Jody Summers (for she is that formal) walks into the room, rubbing her eyes. She walks around to Cassie's side and looks disappointed. She would normally poke her arm to wake her, but she can't reach. Standing for a few seconds, she then walks around the bed to Karoliena's side. Still not 100% certain of how to act around her, Jody looks at her to see if she's awake. Seeing that she isn't, she whispers quietly. "Lady....lady..." she repeats quietly to try and wake her up.

Jody smiles a little when she sees Karoliena move and open her eyes. She smiles and moves a little closer to the bed, putting her hands on the side. "Lady...I'm thirsty, I need a drink. Please," she says quietly, smiling at Karoliena. Cassie is still dead to the world, having been up a few hours earlier to feed the twins when they were crying. She groans a little and cuddles up more, still not waking from her deep sleep.

Ooc: Doesn't sound fun at all man. They better sort your eye out after all that!

Despite being asleep, Cassie whimpers a little and tries to grab onto Kari when she tries to get up. "No..." She says in her sleep. When she does get up though, Jody smiles and takes her hand. "Water is in the kitchen, lady," she says with a smile, walking through to the kitchen before she sits on her own little chair in the corner.

Cassie whimpers again and moves over as if trying to find Kari. When she can't, she wraps her arms around herself and starts to breathe a little heavier again. Jody watches Cassie intently and smiles. She walks with Karoliena to the kitchen and sit down on her seat before she takes the water and drinks some. "Thank you, lady. You are nice lady," she says with a smile. Jody drinks all of the water. "All done!" she says before laughing. Jody stares up at Karoliena. She had got used to her staying here in the first few days, and even at the age of two she could see how Karoliena made her mother smile. "Mommy is happy," Jody says with a sweet little smile.

Jody smiles when Karoliena gives her more water. She was a happy little girl, so she was always happy to accept anyone who was nice to her as long as she learned to trust them. "Mommy smiles now. Mommy not used to smile," she says. It was partially true. Cassie had been lonely for the last year, and although she loved her kids and being around them, she had sometimes felt sad since Katie left her. When Kari says she loves them all, Jody smiles and stands up before climbing onto Karolienas knee to give her a hug.

Jody smiles when she climbs on Karoliena and hugs up to her. "You know my twins?" she asks. "Cole and Gia?" She smiles up at her. Jody feels relaxed arpund Karoliena. She promised to look after her mom and she made her mom smile, so Jody had no reason not to like her. When she cuddles in, Jody yawns. "I tired, lady," she says quietly. "I tired.." she closes her eyes and struggles to fight to keep them open.

Jody smiles as she starts to fall asleep. She was glad to have Karoliena around now since previously it had just been herself and her mom and the twins. "I like you lady, you are nice to me," she says. She knew Karoliena would make Cassie happy, and the fact she had fetched Jody some water meant she was a winner in her eyes as a new mother figure. "Awww aunt Gia," she smiles. It had been a while since she had seen Gia and Sophie. Jody yawns and closes her eyes, cuddling into the pillow when she is put onto the bed. The movement causes Cassie to waken suddenly, and she opens her eyes. "What....what's happened. Is everything alright? Kari?"

Jody smiles when Karoliena says she likes her. She was really worried that this new lady was coming here to push her out and steal Cassie away, but it never seemed to be the case. Karoliena was nice to Jody and she seemed like she cared about her. She smiles again before she falls asleep, hugging into the pillow. Cassie yawns when she wakes, looking around to see Jody in the bed between them. "Oh did she wake you for a drink? Sorry, Kari. She should be waking me, I'll tell her not to bother you next time." She chuckles a little and sits up to kiss Karoliena.

Cassie smiles when Karoliena says she's not alone anymore. She reaches down and holds her hand. She didn't know Jody had said something, but the fact Karoliena wanted to be more than just Cassie's girlfriend, and actually wanted to help with the kids made her smile. It showed her just how much Karoliena truly cared about her. "I know I'm not. Thank you," she says softly, kissing her again. "It means a lot that you want to help out." She looks down at Jody. "She looks so peaceful when she sleeps."

Cassie smirks a little and moves around Jody to cuddle up to Karoliena as they both sit on the bed. She strokes her arm gently as she listens. When she hears Jody loves when she smiles, Cassie thinks for a moment, looking up. "Did she say something?" Cassie asks with a little smile. She sighs happily and kisses Kari, smiling when she slips her tongue in a little. "We all love you too." She nods. "Me too. You think you'd want them to call you mom some day too?" She smiles and rubs Karoliena's back. "Yeah, just wait until she wakes up though. She's like a little terror again then," she says with a little laugh.
