Mark smiles when Layla looks up. The thing that made him realise he was such an idiot to have ever left was that little twinkle in her eye when she looked at him. That had never left, even when he first came home. "Nah it was a mess. None of that would have made a good song," he complains, typically harsh on himself. He smiles when she tries to make herself look perfect. It was ironic because in Mark's eyes, she always looked amazing. "You look really beautiful today," he tells her with his little charming smile. It was the first time he had seen her that day and he always liked to tell her how amazing she looked.

Mark smiles softly and nervously scratches his neck when Layla compliments him. He never did learn to take compliments, and he really had no clue why anyone found him to be attractive. "Uh, thanks," he says before laughing in a slightly geeky way. "Yeah, I'm okay, you know. Just working away busy and getting little sleep. The typical Mark Talley way of life. How's about you? You doing good?" it seemed weird to be talking to Layla like this when they used to be so touchy feely and always around each other, but Mark was aware he had been in the wrong, and he was letting her take as much time as she would need.

"Shopping? Nice one. What are you buying?" he says with a smile. When she walks towards him, Mark felt a little tense. A lot of the time, he wanted to hold her and kiss her like he had in the past, but he didn't want to push things too fast when she was learning to trust him again. So when she asks him to move back into their bedroom, he is surprised, but he has to fight to hide his wide smile. "Really? Is that what you want?" he asks tentatively, hoping she was ready to welcome him back into her life fully again. "I miss you, Layla. I miss you a Lot," he says quietly.

Mark smiles when she says she wants to repair their relationship again. He was glad that he had met someone like Layla, even if he had been stupid enough to let her go for a while. "You are amazing, Layla. Of course I'll move back through here if you want me, too. That would make me happier than anything." he smiles when she moves closer. "That's all I want too, Lay. We are so good together. Let's do it," he quietly says again. He was so glad she was willing to give him another chance, and he smiles before she leans in. Mark kisses her softly, putting his hands on her hips as he savours the feel of her lips. She was everything he ever needed, and Mark knew that more than ever now.

When Layla hugs him, Mark smiles warmly as he holds her close. It had been so long since he felt her, and he really did miss her every day, even when she was so close. He had only ever been intimate in any way with Layla, but he knew now that she was the only one he wanted ever. She was so beautiful and when he could smell her, it was instantly recognisable, making his heart skip. "I love you more than you could ever know, Layla. I really do. Yeah, that's all that matters." he states into her eyes for a moment before they kiss again. Mark sighs happily and holds her close to him.

Mark smirks against Layla when she pushes him back against the door. He reaches behind him and closes the door. It seemed silly, but even though no one else was around, Mark liked to preserve their privacy. He could feel that spark between them now, and he could tell she was yearning for him as much as he was for her. He loved moments like this between them. It was much less intense than other couples may be, but Mark and Layla were more intimate and caring than anyone else around each other. He kisses her and lets his arms slide around her back, pulling her against him again. He kisses her a little more intensely, pressing hus lips against her soft warm lips, and loving every second. It had been so long since they had spent a moment like this together and Mark never wanted it to end. He truly did love her.

Mark allows himself to be lead towards the bed by the woman he loved. She was never afraid to be herself around him, and he loved that about her. When she unbuttons her shirt, Mark smiles at her and gently picks her up, walking the last few steps towards the bed with her in his arms. "I love you too, Layla. So much." He gently places Layla down on the bed and lets his shirt fall open as he leans down, kissing her on the lips again as he starts to slowly unbutton her blouse. "You are so beautiful," he whispers. Mark loved how gentle they were around each other, it showed real love and a desire to enjoy and savour the moments between each other.

Mark smiles down at Layla when she takes his shirt off. He was a self conscious person, but not when he was around her. She always made him feel like he was somewhat attractive with the way she looked at him. He kisses her gently again as he slips her blouse off, letting it fall into the bed. His hand gently grazes across her stomach and onto her side. Mark loved Layla's body, and he thought she was prettier than anyone he had ever seen before. They maybe didn't have sex as much as other couples, but when they did it had so much more feeling and meaning. The warmth of her skin against his hand was amazing, and Mark could feel like he was getting more excited as well. As he presses his lips against hers again, he lets his hand move a little lower, careful not to go too fast as he searches for the zip on her skirt. Mark wanted to show Layla how much he loved her, and he could feel that spark between them for the first time in a long time. "You're so beautiful, Lay. So amazing."

As she kissed his neck, Mark closed his eyes and moaned a little, definitely feeling himself getting excited as her hands unzip him. He smiles at her as he slides his jeans off, leaving him just in his boxer shorts. He stares into her eyes before planting delicate little kisses all along her shoulder as he pushes her bra straps down her arms one by one. He smiles when she calls him beautiful, before he slides her skirt down her legs and off, slowly. He loved the way they two of them never rushed things, expressing their love through the way every single moment together in bed was savoured and enjoyed. Mark gets on top of her again and continues to kiss her, the pair now almost stripped - he on his boxers and Layla just in her bra and panties. He reaches out to hold her hand as he kisses her stomach slowly and softly, before he comes back up to kiss her lips. "I love you, Layla," he repeats, almost speaking against her lips in a breathy tone.

Mark gives Layla's hand a little squeeze as the pair lay there, lost in each other's presence as they kiss softly - there truly was no one else like Mark and Layla - so gentle and loving around each other. As she wraps her legs around him, he feels himself press against her gently and he lets out the smallest of moans as he smiles down at her, pushing her hair to the side as he softly kisses her neck again as he lets his hands move down her sides slowly, just enjoying everything about her - the smell of her perfume, the way her lips met his and the softness of her skin against his hands. She was so feminine and beautiful in Mark's eyes, and at that point he knew there was no one else he could ever need.
