"I highly doubt that. I'm sure you two have much more interesting tunes than me." She laughed softly and ate some more of her food. "I thought that might get your attention." She sighed a little. "Well, see you know how it's kind of against Girl Code and the heavens to date someone your best friend was one in love with? I did that. Nadia and Ryan were in love and I was happy for them. Then Ryan and I started to see each other, after they had ended things. I didn't know what to expect and I just was attracted to him. I told her and she, well to be blunt, she hates me. She wants nothing more to do with me, I'm sure she can't stand the sight of me. We haven't talked or anything since I told her. She thinks I've been planning for them to break up so I can take him but Ryan and I were never close before. We just knew each other through her and we barely spoke more than a few words to each other. He asked me out and I said yes, which I could've said no but I didn't. I didn't want to. And here we are." It almost sounded like a storyline from her show, Alistair, but it was real life. She had always regretted losing Nadia's friendship but she also would regret not being happy for herself. "And you know maybe we won't last and maybe he's wrong for me but I didn't want to just push people aside for other people. I wanted to be happy for myself." Izzy knew she was sort of seen as a home wrecker and probably lost a few fans and friends as well. But for the first time, Izzy didn't dwell on it or beat herself over it. "He's different, just like Joey was different. And true, I've changed with each relationship. Kato taught me things, Joey taught me things and Ryan's teaching me things about myself. I know it probably sounds terrible that a guy is teaching me more about myself than I could figure out on my own." She takes another sip of her tea. "I'm most certainly different from Izzy last year, at least I think so. It's not drastic changes but still. I notice it."

"Yeah, I mean I never once said she was wrong or said she had no right to be mad. I think she just really hates me now. I'm not sure we'll get over this but you know, life's not always going to be experienced with the same people." She shrugged and then laughed at her point. "True. Most people wouldn't think I'd date anyone who's not like a teen heartthrob or something. I guess I've just always been more interested in the inside than outside. A guy can be attractive and an ass or he can be attractive and sweet. I'm just tired of people trying to tell me what I like and what I don't." She smiled as Adele commented on the food. "It's delicious right? I had that before, it's really good." When she asks about the age difference, she smirked. "No, I don't mind. It's understandable for people to not get it. I didn't think about it at much. If you hear us or see us, we're pretty much not bothered by it. I know it gets weird for other people around us sometimes but not us. We've never had a problem with it, really. For the most part, we've got a lot in common and share the same views on certain things but then we disagree with some things, which I don't mind. We click more than people think or expected. It's like he has lots of stories to tell and so do I, but they're on different things, you know? I'll be honest, a few years ago, I thought he was really stuck up and rude but he's more relaxed and laid back but he's not seen as a nice guy. I think his reputation has already been a little tarnished and everyone's made their minds up about him but I get to see him without his bad guy facade."

"I know but I'm sure that doesn't matter in her eyes. I will be nothing more than just the girl who plotted to steal her love from her. But I'm done fighting for something if the other person won't bother. I should concentrate on other things." Izzy appreciated, for the first time, hearing someone give her advice and not completely put down her relationship or what she did. It was nice for once, as if she just wanted someone to understand and not jump to conclusions. "Well, thankfully, I'm sure she's over him or I think so now. At the time, I thought she was mad because she still loved him." Izzy reaches over and pats her hand, almost thanking her for the kind words. "Yeah, I've kind of always been into older guys, I mean I didn't think this much older but that's fine. He's mature and I can have adult conversations with him, I like that. And it's not like he treats me like a child or sees me as one, and no I don't mind. He is cute." She giggled. "Thank you, really. It means a lot to hear you say that. You're so sweet."

Izzy laughs loudly at her joke about the Stat Nerds. She had heard they had been making some trouble on Twitter but she didn't really know them personally, only through their past songs but most had said they were way too cocky and sex crazed. "Thank you for making me smile and laugh. I just want to forget the whole thing and move on. I don't wanna ruin our day together by throwing all my problems onto you." She nodded. "I'm glad you're honest, I love having honesty around me. I can always count on my close friends and fans to just give me the straightforward truth. My family too." She finished up her fajita and fries, working on her salad and getting a refill on her sweet tea. "Thank you." She said to the waiter and then continued talking to Adele. "So, who are you seeing these days? And is he as sweet as you?" She winked playfully at her.

"Cousin, thank you." She laughed. "I would've invited you but it wasn't my wedding so, you know. It was a blast, tears and 'aww's' everywhere!" Izzy could tell that she was quite in love with Florian, just by the way she lit up when she mentioned his name and beamed when she talked about it. She loved it. "Really? That's great. He sounds like a real charmer. I can tell you're not a lady to let just anyone have your heart."

"He seems amazing. I'm glad you're happy as well." She smiled, loving how Adele was totally enamored by her boyfriend. She nodded. "Yeah, I typically like sensitive guys too. I'm a sucker for those types but I thought this time I'd try something a little different, just to figure out what I really like in a guy. Even though I'm older, I still don't know everything I like and don't like and it feels like people expect me to know already. Crazy right?" Izzy ate some of her salad and wiped her mouth free of ranch. "Delicious. I haven't had a salad in about a month now."

"Really? They are fun and they always seem to know what to do when you're freaking out or something. Honestly, I've dated a range of guys that seems to always shock me myself. I've dated a teen who every girl wanted to murder me for, I've dated a rocker who had a daughter with another woman and now I'm dating someone much older than me. No wonder people think I have daddy issues." She laughed. "They think I'm just trying to date someone to piss off my dad, but I'm not. If he had his way, I'd be like celibate for life." Izzy shook her head slightly. "Exactly. I mean, is it a crime that I'm sometimes indecisive or I go for different things?" She drinks her tea. "Bread's good, it's got a lot of carbs but who cares right? My weakness are pickles. I love them so much."

Jade's mind was racing and her heart pounding. Ever since the interview with her sister, things woth Josh had come apart. She felt he hated her and thought she was disgusting or something else. She sighed as she arrived at his home. She wasn't prepared for what he might say to her. She just hoped he wouldn't leave her. As she knocked on his door, she stepped back and took a deep breath.

Jade looked up. "Hello." Her soft voice said. She walked inside feeling as if she were marching to the electric chair for her death. She clasped her hands together and just stood there. She didn't know what to say except to apologize. Even though they managed to make it seem like they were nothing more than two weird girls who liked sleeping around but that wasn't them. She had never almost had a threesome, ever, and her and her sister only kissed once as children but Josh had already condemned her in her eyes.

"No thank you." Jade shook her head and cleared her throat. Before she knew it, she was speaking again. "It's a lie. Culture Uncut edited that interview and made us seem like idiots. You have to believe me, Josh. I would never do those things. Mia and I only kissed as little kids but we were kids. I'm so sorry. Please don't hate me." She sniffled and looked away. No doubt she was already crying now.
