Josh feels so sorry for Jade in that instant when she looks at him. Her eyes were full of tears and she looked more upset than he had ever seen her. He hugs her close as she cries. "Don't be sorry, Jade. I should have listened to you before I got mad. I'm sorry. I love you too. More than anything." He kisses the top of her head as he holds her there. "Please don't cry, Jade. It's ok. I promise."

Josh laughs a little when she said she didn't want him to be disappointed in her. He knew as soon as he saw her that he could never truly stay mad at her. He was far too deeply in love for that. "I'm not disappointed, Jade. I could never be disappointed with you." When she lifts her head, he smiles at her and moves his hands to her back. "I guess I should learn not to overreact. I should talk to Mia some time so I can learn what she's like, maybe. What are we like, huh?" He smiles as he looks into her eyes, before he leans down to softly kiss her.

"Yeah. I should probably meet her soon. We'll see if we can make that threesome happen for you two after all," he jokes, not sure if it was too soon to be making a joke like that. He was just glad that they were going to be ok now. He worried a lot these last few days about losing Jade. Even though he had a great life, nothing was as important to Josh as Jade was. She was that little spark in his heart that made him feel wonderful every day. When they kissed, Josh smiles at her. Her kisses were always so perfect, and he could never help but to smile like a weirdo afterwards, she made him so happy. He takes her hands. "You ok now?" he asks. "I was wondering, how would you like to come and stay for a while? I miss you when you're not around."

Josh smiles at her, glad to see Jade smiling again. He hated the fact that he was the one who had made her cry when she got here. "You have the most beautiful smile in the world," he says as he kisses her again. "You will? Awesome, we'll have the best time here. It's gonna be great to see you more often." he thinks for a moment when she asks her question. "Well, Jade..I'm sorta used to it....but be warned, if you see a spider jumping around in that sink, then you'll see a man be scared," he says with a chuckle.

Josh smiles at how cute Jade looks when she blushes. She had perfect porcelain skin, so the slight red of her blush only made it even cuter. "My smile? Yeah I was thinking you landed on your feet with this," he jokes, nudging her slightly. He felt good now. Like they were back to normal at last, which he loved. He shudders when she says she likes all animals. Josh was scared of anything creepy crawly. "Oh so you catch spiders do you? Any more of that and I might ask you to stay full time," he says with a smile that was intended to disguise how he was testing the water.

Josh laughs and shrugs. "Same here. I would just pray that whatever it was, I could run faster than the animal." He smiles a little. It was amazing that Jade was so gentle and caring, even just for animals. Although when she says about being kind for animals to be kind to them, he raises an eyebrow. "So if I like just high five a snake, that means it won't bite me?" he asks a little jokingly, knowing she wouldn't take offence. When she asks for clarification about what he asked, Josh gets a little nervous, not knowing if she knew he was serious. He looks over at her, speaking quietly. "Well you know....if you did...it would only be like the best thing ever," he says softly.

Kai's day had mostly been spent in preparation. Faith had gone to work in the morning, so he had decided to surprise her with a celebration that night, even if it was sort of a celebration for himself and his own "achievement". He had spent all day cooking party treats like mini pizzas and sausage rolls and setting them up on a table in their living room, along with balloons, which he had filled the entire room with, to the extent he could barely walk across the floor. In the corner, the beer was cooling in a large tub filled with ice and there was a small bag of white powder on the table. When he finishes setting up the elaborate yet funny setting, which looked a bit like a kids birthday party, Kai smiles to himself and goes to get changed into a pair of three quarters denims and a black shirt. When he comes back, he looks at his watch and grabs a beer as he waits for her to come home from her day at the office.

Kai has just about finished his beer when he hears the sound of Faith's high heels clicking along the hall outside their apartment. He smiles and stands up, waiting to see her reaction to his rather wacky decorating job he had taken on this afternoon. It might have seemed like he inflated some balloons and heated some food to most people, but to Kai it showed an effort and the way he really cared for her, which was a big step for him. When she opens the door and steps inside, Kai laughs at her reaction. He had hoped she wouldn't be all "Kai don't, I've been at work all day," so he was glad to see her smile. When she walks towards him, he leans down and gives her a long kiss. "Don't tell me you forgot, Browds..." he says with a bit of mock sadness in his eyes. Seconds later he laughs and shakes his head. "Nah, I just thought we should celebrate, love. This week marks the longest I've ever been in a relationship with anyone. I just realised that the other day. Crazy, eh? That says a lot about you," he says with a little wink, kissing her again.

After their kiss breaks, Kai smiles at her and keeps his arms around her, holding her close to him. Kai had never been a sentimental type, but Faith was definitely one who had brought out that side in him. Her reaction to his joke was brilliant to Kai, and he cackles mischievously when she finally realises that he was only joking. Je really shouldn't have been winding her up when she had just had a long day at work, but Kai often found himself bored during the day when she was gone at work. Sure, his clothing label was raking it in, but if it wasn't for the fact he could work without pants at home, he'd quite like to go to an office to do his work, just like Faith did. He nods at her. "Yeah, really," he chuckles. "8 months. Time flies when you're enjoying yourself eh, love?" he winks at her and walks over to grab a pizza. "I still get fucking jealous of thst though," he saysbwhen she takes the lid off with her teeth. He was glad that he made her happy, and that he had managed to settle down with someone like him, someone who totally understood him. It was why they had lasted so long together, Kai thought. When she makes the marriage joke, Kai takes a bite of his pizza and then decides to take the joke a step further. "I was just thinking the same," he says, his face fighting desperately to retain the serious look.

Kai smirks when Faith gets noticeably shorter than she had been. Being over 6 foot tall, he was taller than most people, but Faith was petite and cute to the point it matched him oddly perfectly. As the cat comes scurrying out and into the bedroom, Kai laughs hard. "I wondered where that bastard had got to. It was trying to nick the pizza earlier so I chased it," he says with a laugh. He and the cat had a very love hate relationship, but he didn't mind it anywhere near as much as he used to. When Faith leans on him, Kai kisses the top of her head and smiles happily. It always seemed so relaxing when the two got to just chill out like this. He takes a swig of his beer. "I'd be the absolute tits at parties if I could do that. Still, I bet no one else has got a girlfriend/bottle opener combo like I do," he winks. When she reacts to his marriage joke, Kai can tell that it definitely landed, and jenny's determined to see it through. The look on her face was priceless. And although he had never imagined thst he would ever marry, it was fun to joke about in a comfortable situation like this. "Well....you know," he says, turning back to the food since he knew he couldn't keep a straight face much longer. "Picket fences, a Mrs Rollins, family to carry on the name...it all sounds...you know, kinda nice with someone you love," he says with a shrug as he lifts a sausage roll.
