Elle laughs at the way the two girls sound, she then takes another marshmallow and puts it in her mouth.

"better safe than sorry." mariko says to nova with a little shrug. she quietly exits the room and finds vara. for some reason,even if daniel was interested in vara. it felt very awkward telling her what she had to tell. "lady vara? i am sorry to disturb you." mariko says,looking at the ground.

Vara sighs and shakes her head. "No. I'm not. Sorry, you don't need to worry about me." She pauses, flicking her cigarette. "Hey, this is probably the only thing I'll ask you to do: Could you go into the kitchen and grab me some booze? Any of it. Really, just bring a whole bottle out here. I'll share it with you. I just need to get my head straight." She understood that it didn't make sense to get her 'head straight' with alcohol, but that was Vara's way.

Nova nods and goes back into the house to search for some liquor. Since most of it had been disposed in a matter of days, she found a bottle of whiskey and grabbed two glasses, heading back outside. "Here you go, Lady Vara." She smiles, hoping she could cheer her up. "Oh, I think Mariko also wants your attention. If it's anything like what she told me, you'll probably not care." She smirks a bit and then pours whiskey into both glasses, handing one to her. She could understand how alcohol would be a way for her to get her head straight. She had done it many times.

"Thank you," Vara says back when Nova brings her back the whiskey and the glasses. She takes her glasses and drinks half of it in the first couple of gulps. She was already feeling better. "Ugh, don't tell me that. I don't want to hear anything that Daniel has to say to me. Even if it is her that says it."

mariko takes an angry little breath. she heard vara speak to nova, convinced that vara is taking this master/servant thing far to seriously by refusing to acknowledge her. "i dutifully wish to say, fuck you." she whispers before turning on her heels and going back to the basement room. she had pride and she would be damned if a friend was going to ignore her on some power trip.

Ashley turned her head a little when she heard somebody come in she then seen how it was and spoke in a low voice "Hey Mari"

Daniel starts to smile, knowing that if Mariko doesn't say what she needs to say to Vara, she will then break the rules and mark a point against her.

"All right I guess I should go talk to Big Brother now and that's one point for the team!" - Daniel yells out to the house!

Vara shakes her head. "Just tell me what Daniel wanted me to know. We can't get penalized because you don't want to say it now," she says, standing in the hallway outside of the basement.
