That's not the reason. First of all, this forum's reception of me isn't so great. For people here to criticize my writing would not be considered constructive to me , I don't think many people on here are mature enough to look my art without thinking that I'm a Puerto Rican bilingual who has trouble with English and has lied about his sex because he's embarrassed of begin confused about his sexual orientation. While I may not buy into the whole "ZOMG the forum is out to get me" mentality you have (I personally believe you bring this upon yourself by making very opinionated and sometimes poorly worded or thought out points and then get upset or offended when people try to debate or counter them) I can still respect your decision. The American Idol thing was not about the show so much as your claims to songwriting greatness. It is easy for you to think you are good at something, like the terrible singers in American Idol who believe they are the greatest ever, but when you show the product to someone that may be further form the truth. I know your next response will be to say "well I showed it to so and so and they liked it and said I was a good songwriter" but that is not something that I can believe. Since you have already admitted to lying before it isn't a stretch to assume you will do it again, and quite frankly your credibility (what little you may have had at least) has suffered because of it.

I can speak 4 languages, Russian (where I'm from), English (which I speak in my current country), Spanish (learning it in school since 1st grade), and Hebrew (my family is Jewish but I'm not), yet I can speak them all rather fluently. Speak russian at home, english everywhere, I'm complemented by my teacher in spanish, and hebrew, well, I'm okay at it. And I'm still only 13, so language should never be a problem to learn.

When did I say I don't speak English fluently? I speak English fluently but it doesn't mean that I speak it and write it well. I'm pretty sure you don't speak and write the languages you've learned well, especially since you only learn a certain amount of words per day, it would be very difficult especially since you are only 13. Not saying that it is impossible, it'll just be extremely difficult. And if you really do without any sarcasm whatsoever Congrats!

You said before you have difficulty speaking english earlier on in this thread. And I can write russian moderately well, english and spanish well cuz they are basically the same, and hebrew, not so much.

Different people are capable of different levels of linguistic learning.

Gee I sound so intelligent.

Oh, and yeah Steph I did read your last post. It basically said I'm great and I don't want anyone to copy my lyrics. Which is complete twaddle, because I doubt you've even written this 'Ant Pile' song.

Wrong wrong wrong! The only people who have heard my music is my "producer" and "sound mixer" (who happen to be a friend in Puerto Rico who has rough experience in producing and mixing music). The only reason it has come to me doing it with them, is because I gave up on "Phantom City". And no one else has other than them have heard it.

And when I soon post the music on the website I'll soon will be launching (which will contain my music in it. I would not care if you like my music or not. I'm not trying to impress anyone. My goal in the "music business" was to figure myself musically and hope to see that people can relate to it and without no lie make some money so I can better with my sound and work with people who have a lot experience who can help me reflect what I feel. Not what some random songwriter feels. I gave up on the whole thing of making it big because I realized you have to be fake in order to make it big. So after I'm done with my degree, I'll go into sound engineering.

I personally do not want to post my music on here, because I feel like it deserves a more respectable debut. Which I'm working on.

Now it's totally my business not your as to why I can't post them yet, so don't ask me why.

Anyway, the whole point that I was trying to make before it lead to this, is that you have the right to nio like something but you do not have the right to say someone's music sucks when you haven't even heard it.

You said you have a producer, he'd be pretty dumb to be working without a label, which leads to the speculations that you DON'T have a producer

First off, you are from the US as far as I know so if someone does steal your work after posting in this forum you would easily be able to sue. But as for benefits to you, I would think any possibility for constructive criticism would be beneficial. I know, you made it perfectly clear above that you are a fantastic songwriter/lyricist (or at least you think so) but I am pretty sure those terrible people on American Idol think they are fantastic signers as well. I am sure if you asked for honest constructive criticism the core members of this community could give you something better than "total shit" or "utter rubbish" as a response.

People here focus so hard on making look bad that if I come out with something good, they'll quiet down and pretend like they didn't see what I posted

Anyway, I am not allowed to post audio of my lyrics anyway as of yet. Lyrics I can though. Which I wont.

And American Idol? I was going to try out bit I realized that American Idol is the best way to loose your real art. I would hate to be forced to sing something that is not my style, just to win a competition that eventually would make people think you are overrated.

How do we even know you are even signed? You lied about being a girl and gay, what makes us think you were recording in a studio, let alone even writing the music?

I AM NOT Signed, I was turned down actually and when did I even say I was. I have pictures and video that I will be posting on my website. And why would a care that bunch of strangers believe me or not, this is something big a did and personally do not care if you believe me or not especially that I know It will be proven to you that you're wrong. Just like I did when I finally told these people I was a man.

You said you have a producer, he'd be pretty dumb to be working without a label, which leads to the speculations that you DON'T have a producer

Why do you think I put "". He is not licensed as a producer but he know someone who is and has thought him how to produce. He doesn't work for anyone and has the equipment to make descent music. I have the right to call him my producer because if it wasn't for him my music wouldn't be made in the first place.

I'm done with this, I really do not care if you believe me or not.

Here's the lyrics to a new song I wrote called Sub Zero it's about cold stuff lol.Just tell me if you like and if you don't like what I can improve on.

Blistering cold
hypothermia grips me
into the ice,
i cannot escape.
frozen internally,
blue is my skin.
i wish for heat,
the cold always wins
my skin begins to crack
away from my being.
i slowly collapse,death overtakes me.
in winter i've fallen,
alone in the snow.
i've died in this weather
temperature......sub zero.

As I fall to the ground
I wonder what happened
I can't escape this frozen hell
Where have I been
I won't survive this freezing ice
I give out one last breath
I'd never see the sun a gain
I die a frozen death

My journey was long
Impossible it was
The cold struck my bones
It ran through my blood
My heart had slowed down
I needed some rest
It was the last time I would

Mourning in the day
Feasting in the night
A hero has fallen
Frostbitten, in plight

Reminds me of a poem I read in my English Literature class. Is it something you wrote for someone or something you wrote just to write it?

Here's one Steph might like:

The Last Dance

You told me what you wanna hear
But how did we get here?
We were friends from the start
But now we're shadowed and dark.
And no one can hide from shock.

Dreams go, they fade away
Nothing stays, nothing stays
Dreams go, they fade away
Nothing stays, nothing stays
Forever
Forever.

You left me in the dark
So now I'm taking back my heart
It worked once, but died twice,
this can't keep happening here.
So now I'm taking back my heart.

Dreams go, they fade away
Nothing stays, nothing stays
Dreams go, they fade away
Nothing stays, nothing stays
Forever
Forever.

This is the last dance, this is your last chance
This was the last chance, this is your last dance

I gave you my heart
But you abused it for too long.

I tried my best and I gave you my all
And now it's gone and I'm starting to fall

Everything I've earned is coming to a draw.

This is the last dance, this was your last chance
This was the last dance, it was your last chance

Dreams go, they fade away
Nothing stays, nothing stays
Dreams go, they fade away
Nothing stays, nothing stays
Forever
Forever

Nothing Stays.

That's alright actually, shame about the name of it :L It's a tad cliché but hey unless your looking into being serious about your music that's fine. Try writing about subjects like Gildermershina does.

Actually, best you don't.

Try writing about things you feel, if its love it is love, if it is having a good night out dancing then it is dancing. Never be fake especially if you feel like you need to be heard. Love is a serious topic, just how killing, rape and all the other is. Love in fact is more serious in my opinion.

I made some new lyrics, I think there good PLEASE state your opinion.

No name yet:
I come from,a country
built on hypocrisy
our rulers, those fascists
call it "the land of the free"
depleting,economies
other countries in poverty
destroying, the lives of
several other human beings

In america
there are no freedoms
in america
the nazis are our leaders
in america
opression rules
in america
country full of fools

The children, are poisoned
with lies from facilities
in schools we, are teaching
leaders of anti-democracy
taking the liberties
given to them on platters
with connections but the
dreams of the poor are shattered

In america
the blind go to ivy league
in america
tongues are bound of those in need
in america
laws are broken by the righteous
in america
laws are made only to spite us

Break me down but I'll never obey you
the rich when convicted simply pay you
a country with citizens who hate it
the ones who don't are rich people who made it

in america
i never wanted this
in america
soldiers in iraq are missed
in america
killing people for no reason
in america
the poor constantly pleadin'

now so you can understand the sound, it's screamed, but not like those screamo guys, more like chuck schuldiner in the later death era, to be exact i was going for his sound on the the "the flesh and the power it holds" of of "the sound of perseverance" the verses are fast and the chorus is slow the "break me down" part is also slow. yeah. i think it's pretty good i figured calling it in america but that's too cliche so im taking suggestions.
