Josh smiled. "Wow. That's pretty impressive. So did you have any like training or anything, or did you just teach yourself?" With most people, Josh found himself getting bored quickly, but he was genuinely interested in what this girl was saying, and he really wanted to know about her.

"Me? Yeah, I play just about everything. That's what happens when you're a geek I guess. I play guitar, piano, bass, ukelele, banjo, drums. You know, just about any instrument you can mention, I have probably wasted money buying one at some point just to try it out." He laughed brushing his hair back behind his ears again.

Josh smiled. He took his hands out of his pockets at last. He had often been told that that was a bad habit, but it was a way for him to feel a bit better when he was nervous. His nerves had definitely subsided somewhat here though, and he felt comfortable.

"That's real nice. It sounds like you have a really tight band then if she taught you as well. I can't wait to hear you guys."

He smiled as she complimented him, and tried to shrug it off.

"Ah, you know, I try. But mostly it's just because I spent a lot of time in college just assing around with instruments when I could have been socialising. But sure, I could teach you. You could come round to my place and.." He realised what he had said too late "Oh, sorry. That wasn't meant to sound as dirty as it did. I'm real sorry"

Josh turned red as well. He put a hand around the back of his head and scratched it, trying to look as seriously uncool as he felt at that moment in time. He flashed her a little awkward smile, trying to make himself seem a little braver.

"Umm...yeah. I guess we are. I'm sorry. I just..it's hard to try to act cool when you are like so strikingly beautiful. It makes me feel nervous."

He looked away, embarrassed at what he had just said.

Josh smiled and held the boat with his foot.

"I don't really mind to be honest. Jump in, I'll hold it so it doesn't move. Don't want you falling in the lake!"

He chuckles and holds his hand out to help Jade in the boat.

Josh laughed and stepped onto the boat, wobbling a little as he stepped on and putting his hands out to steady himself. He pulled a funny face and then sat down on the seat.

"Thought I was going in there."

He let go of her hand and then pointed in front of him.

"Full steam ahead captain Jade!"

Josh smiles and then shrugs. He half stands up.

"We shall....discover America!" he shouts, holding his hand above his eyes as if surveying the water. He then stumbles and almost falls into the water again.

Sitting back down, he chuckles.

"Woops. That was close. Sorry...I'm being a major geek."

Harmony stood in front of her front door, on her way out. Reaching into her back pocket for her phone, she decided to call Jacob. Dialing his number, she waited for him to pick up.

Hearing his voice, Harmony smiles.

Harmony: Jacob! Hey! I'm on my way out now and I thought I'd like tell you where to meet me. I was thinking we'd go to the arcade! I love them.

Harmony: Okay! See you in a bit!

She hangs up the phone, putting it back in her back pocket as she walks out the door, closing it behind her. Getting in her car then starting it up, she drives off towards the arcade.
