www.thewaitingroom.comNews:06-07-10Tour is over. But no worries because we plan to join our favorite band Quarantine on some US dates then we will go on a break. This will be our last tour for a good while because after this tour we Logan and Paul will rejoin Fear for a new E.P., album, and world tour. Paul claims after all that is done his intentions would be focused back on The Waiting Room but we are going to have to wait and see. We also released the last single from Red Sky Season and the single is In The Wool. So be sure to check it out! We still plan to release the huge B-Side album for free to everyone soon! We have tons of music to share with you all and we can't wait to continue making this music. We owe all of you so much love and this is how we are going to do it! We won't start work on a new album until the time is right but we already have ideas on how we want to develop our sound. Enough of me chattering. Keep looking on here for updates and all.
posted by: donnavon_rich05-16-10We are now an independent band and will be releasing our music for free! We had a great run with Molotov Records but with it not being able to find a new owner we decided to take the indie route. Because music should be free to the public and shouldn't have to deal with corporate bullshit. I respect the label our band was on and I respect the labels my band Fear were on but I feel as if music should be free no matter what. So we have released a new album[Red Sky Season] and we want to share it with you all! You can download it
here! We plan to extend our tour dates beyond to fall so look out for that!

Out Now!About Us:The Waiting Room have now released six successful studio albums. On its new release "Red Sky Season" the band went back to basics of a fast-pace progressive rock record with producer John Smith. Now the sound isn't a downgrade from it's previous album because on this album they really step it up. The album was written during soundcheck while the band were on tour and was heavily influenced by bands of the like of At The Drive-In, and other local post-hardcore bands from New York. The first single "Republica" is the bands most successful single to date and the album is already selling to be it's highest selling album yet. The band plan to tour all summer long and even in the fall. They plan to follow the release with a 4-disc B-Sides album which they have put on hold for months now and have so many B-Sides so they decided to put it out in the best way possible all together at once. Paul Reeves and Logan Spills have grown into some incredible song writers since their days in Fear and they claim this is only the beginning for the band.
The Waiting Room Is:

Logan Spills - Back Up Vocals, Keyboard
Frank Albern - Drums
